Please discuss only the presidential election returns in this thread. I will be starting a separate live thread for House and Senate races momentarily.

Seems a bit early for me, as the election has not started yet.

With one vote counted in Seattle, Clemenza is calling Washington for Bush, Rossi and McKenna, with Carol Cassady defeating Jim McDermott in the 7th Congressional district 1-0.

I forgot all about Dixville Notch. They'll vote in about an hour and a half.

When do the polls close in New Zealand? I think they are first. Should be afternoon there by now.

Dixville Notch missed both Clinton wins but they did call the 2000 election correct.

Okay, if Bush loses, can you imagine the celebrating and bragging by the likes of:
Michael Moore
Al Franken
Al Gore
Osama Bin Laden
Most of Hollyweird.
Most of France
No imagine Bush wins, and they are all suffering and bemoaning the outcome.
If this doesn't motivate everyone, I don't know what will. Call your friends, get involved, GOTV!

Let the Games begin. Hopefully this time tomorrow night we'll all be blogging victory posts!! I have a lot of faith in the people of this country, so I say Bush by 9 points!!!
GO W!!!

I was wondering who was going to do the honors.
I spent the day here in NJ handing out approximately 400 GOTV lit pieces and called about 100 people making sure they were voting for our President. Out of 100 - got only three hangups, including one who cursed me out before hanging up. All in all - not bad. Still too early to call Jersey though.
