Yeah, exactly right.

This has been something that's been worrying me: Dems are going to file actions all over the country tomorrow to get what they want knowing that the Circuit courts will not be able to act fast enough to reverse the "temporary" injunctive relief the Dems seek, ala St. Louis.

Sue late to get the polls opened late in Detroit, St. Louey, Philly, etc. The Reps will not be able to get all those reversed.

A great deal of the 'voting' occurs after the polls close, in the VERY weeeeee hours, after 95 percent of the 'honest' precincts have reported their results.

Then Daschle's goons do their best work in those counties that have registered the most phantom voters.

Last time it was largely Shannon county.
