Steeled my nerves (which are very nervous) and watched "Trick or Threat" Amazingly effective, and THANK YOU for the warnings, they are needed. And THANK YOU for not actually showing that poor man's chopped off head. (At least I think you didn't show it, cause I kinda wasn't looking).

Also interesting, the hand gestures of the Spanish, I don't want to put them down, but that hands palm up is the universal symbol of surrender. I know they didn't mean it that way, and even I didn't think of it at the time, but the universal subconscious is truly an amazing phenomenon.

I'm glad that Kerry's quote of today "the world is watching" got wide coverage, I heard it a few times, with not too much commentary upon it. I hope the rest of America hears it too, because we know what his (not so) hidden message is.

Trick or Threat is really excellent, very affecting. I'm still shook up.

I hope this country does right tomorrow. As Rush put it today "we meet at dawn."
