Judicial ruling or Rendell comment? I guess it means Rendell will shred absentee ballots from the military until November 10th if it's close.
I don't get this. Does that mean no official PA numbers until Nov 10? How can a state do that?
It will only make a difference in timing if it is close enough to require a look at the absentee ballots to make a decision. It would be great to take PA by a large enough measure to negate the need to count them for results...
I don't know, I'm just repeating what Laura said. I don't know who approved it. But she was really excited, saying the pro-troops voice of the people has spoken.

I am curious about all of the military absentee ballots. Have they all been counted yet?
I assume that if those votes have not been counted yet that when they do the total numbers for G.W. will increase.
