This is a terrible "advertisement" and I strongly suggest you pull it immediately. While I understand your sarcastic point, many will misconstrue the message (particularly if distributed in the absence of any other context).
You have to remember that one of Kerry's talking points is that Bush "allowed Osama Bin Laden to escape" by focusing on Iraq instead of Afghanistan. This ad could be interpreted as a genuine criticism of Bush (because Osama is still free).

I respect your point, but it tested well. You have to read the small print. It's intended to be handed out by Veterans, so the context is clear. There are other, more explicit ads against Kerry. This one emphasizes how important Bush really is to bringing this maniac to justice. Again, respect your point. It is, as they say in advertising, an "edgy" treatment. Regards.
