Al-Jazeera said the tape deals with the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States and their consequences. While the announcer said the message was an audiotape, the station's Web site called it a video.

How many of these "authenticated" UBL tapes have we been treated to over the years? From what Baier says, it talks about the reasons for 9/11. It sounds like a heavily edited bunch of nonsense, like all of them. Why would that California slimeball release a tape the day before his mentor and hero does? To provide the currency, so that Bin Laden can provide the symbolism the next day? I don't buy it. Perhaps there is more than meets the eye with this. Maybe this guy is what we have been trying but failing to do the last several years, an infiltrator to the highest level of Al Qaeda. Probably wrong, but when dealing with stuff like this you gotta look through the looking glass, what is normal to conventional wisdom seems insane and what would seem insane may be perfectly plausible....
