Navy chief on Swiftvets.com is saying they FOUND IT!!
A Dem would have stolen any Republican's dirt and coordinated its release with the party central committee and MSM executives and corporate board members for maximum impact and exposure while Republicans follow all legal procedures and do their jobs in a careful and correct manner regardless of where the chips fall. Besides, if a Republican does leak something accidentally, the MSM and government legal organs, mostly run by career Democrats in the top offices, will spare no effort or smear campaign to destroy that Republican.
The difference between a misdemeanor and a felony is only a matter of severity of the crime committed. Both are still crimes. I had heard that the order not to court-martial Kerry came directly from Nixon, which amounts to preferential treatment so that he NOT get a dishonorable discharge. Now what was it they were saying about Bush getting into the Guard?......

John Kerry's Dishonorable Discharge
Through a very reliable source, I received a copy of the following e-mail to Sean Hannity asking his help in exposing the truth about John Kerry's discharge papers from the US Navy. The author is a retired former Navy lawyer and he references the former personal lawyer to then Secretary of the Navy J. William Middendorf.
If these two gentlemen can shed light on the truth of John Kerry's record, then the American people have a right to know.

I was on active duty as a U.S. Navy lawyer when all of this was going on some 25 to 30 years ago, and so was Mark F. Sullivan, who at all relevant times was the personal lawyer to J. William Middendorf, then the Secretary of the Navy. We remember.
We are trying to break this absolutely true story nationwide, i.e., Fox News, C Span, and hopefully all the major networks. We are positive that John Kerry was one of those dishonorably dismissed from the Navy for collaborating with the Viet Cong, after he was released from active duty but still in the Navy, and for a totally unauthorized trip to Hanoi. He later got an "honorable" separation in 1978, some 12 years after joining the Navy, under President Carter's "Amnesty Program" for draft dodgers, deserters, and other malcontents who fled to Canada and Holland, among other places, to avoid military service to our country.
This is why he has refused, and continues to refuse, to release all of his Navy records: they reflect that he was Dishonorably Dismissed from the United States Naval Service. If they do not (which they do), he would have released them to the public. Again, he has not done so, because he well knows that the truth would kill his challenge to President Bush.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
So, the question will be, "Did a Naval Board of Review, with contemporaneous jurisdiction, judge that Qerri gave "aid and comfort to the enemy" or "collaborated with the Viet Cong in wartime?" If this is the case, 2/3 of Congress did not remove that impediment for Qerri, and an 2001, after-the-fact declaration of separation from the Navy, though it be by presidential Executive Order, cannot overcome the language of the 14th Amendment. Therefore, Qerri is ineligible to become President.
If so, he also fraudulently held the office of Senator, in part by withholding material facts of his eligibility, and presumptively committing fraud as he signed his application for Senatorial candidacy.

Proof may have long ago disappeared. DemocRats accused Bush of scrubbing records because that is what they are doing like little rodents as we speak.

However, the Brokaw statement will be ignored. The press has uncritically accepted Kerry's claim of releasing all his records so most people will walk into the booth believeing that - if they care about the point at all in the first place.
I doubt it. He's been talking about this story for weeks. He's also been talking about the Hanoi papers too:

They did the same thing when Chief gave the heads-up about the Lipscomb article. They pulled his post. And: the article came out just as Chief predicted. It could be a matter of loose lips sink ships . . .
The thing with new people is they don't know who has been here, or seen them post for a few years.
That and sometimes a < /sarcasm > helps clarify things.

Hey, Day, B.G. Burkett was on CSPAN earlier this week and hinted at this as well. I'm paraphrasing, but he said that "Kerry wasn't court-martialed, because those are records that can be obtained". He did say, however, that he had seen Kerry's records, had copies of some, and that Kerry's discharge was something other than honorable. He wouldn't say anything else except that more would be coming later in the week. This could get very interesting.
