Can anyone confirm the rumors that Fox has Bush up three in Ohio? I can't find that number anywhere except FR.

Whoever has the last strong push will win it. The MSM will be pulling out all stops for F'n this weekend.

I hope we have something strong to counter with. If we do, W coasts to victory. If not, it will be REAL close on Tuesday.

It is an Opinion Dynamics poll. The pdf on the Fox News website has the full details.

Fox News/Opinion Dynamics. Conducted October 27-28. 1400 registered voters, 1200 likely voters. The 50-45 lead is the likely voters result.

Anybody know much about the TIPP poll (reputation, etc.)? President Bush was up nationally by 8 pts. four days ago. Now it's tied.

Ask yourself if that makes any sense.

Today's Pentagon briefing was powerful stuff. I think the President will gain at least a point from it. Jim

Do you know where the Ohio poll is? I don't see any link to it or reference to it at RCP.

"Yup, this is good. By Monday, I expect a majority of polls to register President Bush with at least a five point lead"

Not going to happen, not that it isn't true. 3/4 of the pollers are swilling Kool Aide by the gallon. It will be on average an even ballgame, maybe Bush as much as plus 2 on Monday, book it Danno.

We will find out how smart the American people are come Tues. Everyone say a prayer.

"Up 3 in Ohio as well"

Is that a Fox/Opinion Dynamics poll showing Bush up 3% in OH? Or are you reporting the Mason-Dixon poll for OH that Fox reported has Bush up 48%-45% (and will be published tomorrow on the Cleveland Plain Dealer)? If it's a Fox/OD poll, please inform Dales so that he can post it on his Electoral College Breakdown---I want to see Ohio in the Bush column by tomorrow!

Thanks to the miracle of Tivo, though, I can tell you that it is a national Opinion Dynamics poll of Likely Voters, for the period Oct 27-28. It has Bush at 50% and Kerry at 45%. The same poll on Oct 17-18 had Bush at 49% and Kerry at 42%.

That, oddly, is not a totally good thing. Both candidates appear to have drawn from undecided, and Kerry got more.

According to the poll, Kerry's increase came mostly from Nader voters, not undecideds.

For the life of me I can't understand with someone with over an 80 IQ would vote for John F'n Kerry, especially in a time of war. I don't know whether to blame it on government schools or a sort of Sixties collective amnesia.
