The bad news is that they took this out BEFORE the videotape was taken. Meaning what the video shows was there after this guy hauled out the ammo.
Starr: How do you square this with the fact that Rumsfeld said it was his view that most likely the stuff was moved by Saddam because he didn't see how anything else was possible.
Pentagon: I don't remember how precisely Rumsfeld worded that. The point he was trying to make is certainly there was activity, unusual activity, prior to the arrival of US soldiers and after the arrival of UN inspectors.
It tells us the military removed 200 tons of bombs and ammunition, which matched the inventory estimates of th U.N. and NT Times. It shows the U.N. and the lefties in the media are all in cahoots.

Bush’s Lack of Plan Has Made Soldiers Bear Burden of Overstressed Military. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld told senators in early February that the U.S. military is so overstressed that he is using emergency powers to expand it by 33,000 troops and that he will increase it further if required. “There is no question that the Army is stressed,” Gen. Peter Schoomaker, the Army chief of staff, told a hearing of the House Armed Services Committee in January 2004. The Pentagon already has instituted “stop-loss” orders to maintain troop strength in Iraq and Afghanistan, preventing troops from retiring or leaving the service at the end of their enlistments, while “stop-move” holds them overseas beyond the original end of their tours. About 40,000 servicemen and women have been affected by the “stop-loss” and “stop-move” orders. Of these, about 16,000 are Reservists. [Chicago Tribune, 2/5/04]
Former Bush Administrator in Iraq Said Army Is In Terrible Shape. “There is no question that the Army personnel system is stressed. I think the Army is in terrible shape,” said retired Army Lt. Gen. Jay M. Garner, who served last year as the Bush administrations first administrator in postwar Iraq. “I think people are worn out, equipment is run down and we’ve overstressed the reserves. Only 22,700 Iraqi Security Personnel Sufficiently Trained to be Considered “Minimally Effective.” He says he has trained 100,000 Iraqi security forces. Back in February, they told us it was 200,000. Interim Prime Minister Allawi told a joint session of Congress two weeks ago that only 50,000 are ready. And, according to documents provided by the Pentagon to Cong. Bush Administration Ignored Warnings of Leaving Explosives Unsupervised. “A European diplomat reported that Jacques Baute, head of the I.A.E.A.'s Iraq nuclear inspection team, warned officials at the United States mission in Vienna about the danger of the nuclear sites and materials once under I.A.E.A. supervision, including Al Qaqaa. But apparently, little was done. Coalition Nations Withdrawing Troops from Iraq. Since the beginning of the war, eight countries are planning to or have already withdrawn troops from the coalition in Iraq: Thailand, Norway, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Nicaragua, Philippines, Singapore, and Spain. In all, nearly 3,000 troops have pulled out or planning to pull out of Iraq this month. Costa Rica, which never offered any material support or troops for the war in Iraq, asked the United States to remove it from a list of Iraq coalition partners in September after the country’s Constitutional Court ruled that inclusion on the list violated the Constitution, which bars support for any military action not authorized by the United Nations. In 2002, troops from the 5th Special Forces Group who specialize in the Middle East were pulled out of the hunt for Osama bin Laden in Afghanistan to prepare for their next assignment: Iraq. The CIA, meanwhile, was stretched badly in its capacity to collect, translate and analyze information coming from Afghanistan. US Intelligence officials said that as much as half of the intelligence and special forces assets in Afghanistan and Pakistan were diverted to support the war in Iraq. I agree. I am not criticizing his execution of his orders. The point the press will make is that he was not specifically tasked to remove the particular material in question. That is the "incompetence" Kerry has seized on.

I agree. Kerry has made the claim that soldiers came upon the compound, passed it by and did nothing to destroy its contents or guard the site. This guy is telling us otherwise, and any attack on him will look like a direct attack on the military, not on Bush. Plus, this emphasizes the fact that the munitions in question encompass a whole 1/1000% of the total found and destroyed.
This is actually good if you think about it. Now everyone that didn't have their eyes open will. We can now begin to take down the liberal biased media. They have no credit left. It is better the public knows who the enemy is and what they're saying that effects us all. The year of the MSM CRASH! It's beautiful I love it! You cannot dispute fact!
