FYI for SD Freepers. John Thune is more than likely ahead now, let's keep up the pressure, and finally rid our state of Daschle. I have to work late tomorrow, so I hope a lot of others can go support John.

Is Thune ahead in the polls? Hope so. Here in NC, Burr (R) is ahead of Bowles (Clinton's former Chief of Staff) and on Rush's show today, he said that he DNC has pulled the plug on the Bowles campaign--BWAAAAAAAHAAAAA!

Rudy does a good job out there, given the sound bites that I have heard. He's a very clear speaker, clear in that he is able to go right to the most important point and efficiently hammer it home.

Rudy is really doing the heavy lifting in this 2004 campaign, isn't he?

Yes, its not enough for him to just win. He has to win by enough of a margin to prevent some late arrive Reservation votes from once again delivering the Democrat. He needs a big enough margin so that its impossible for a few precincts to arrive and torpedo him at the last minute.

He has a busy day, he'll be:

WHERE: DANE COUNTY VICTORY CENTER--2623 STOUGHTON ROAD, MADISON
WHEN: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28, 2004. 9:30 A.M. (GET THERE EARLY)
WHY: SUPPORT PRESIDENT BUSH IN WISCONSIN!

I hope Bush will swing by. If Bush loses, which I think is 50/50 at this point, at least Thune will be a consolation prize.

This is great...I'm a SD ex-pat...and received this picture from another ex-pat... The rest of my family still lives in various places around the state. Good luck to you and to us all...

This was seen in a field about 5 miles west of Ft. Pierre on Hiways 14/34 (south side of road).

On ABC Nightly News tonight they said that Giuliani was trying to blame the Al QaQaa "missing weapons of almost mass destruction" on the troops! But they only gave a four or five word snippit " ....so it had to be the troops...." with no context. It sounds like dirty pool, because they said that Giuliani then tried to "back off" from what he had said. They did not show that.
