Texansfortruth ^ | Video

Posted on 10/28/2004 1:30:07 AM PDT by Anti-Bubba182

This is a funny Video Snipet of George Bush playing around a bit before some taping. I put it up because it is on DRUDGE and will almost certainly appear at FR.

The source is the infamous Texansfortruth and the gesture is featured on their page:

Texansfortruth

These guys are really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Well that did it for me.

I was distraught to the point of tears when I learned that President Bush missed a doctor's appointment in the early seventies... And now this?

I gotta tell ya, I am just so disgusted and disappointed with the President for making that hand gesture several years ago that I will go ahead and place my vote for a lying, manipulative, opportunistic traitor, since clearly this is much more serious than anything he's ever done.

Thank you Texans for Truth for showing me the light.

Middle finger salute, supposedly a relic of the Battle of Agincourt when it was first given to the French by the English (how appropriate) Long Bowmen to show they could still draw and shoot. Now most often used by American drivers to comment on other Americans' driving skills.

Don't know. In WWII it was the Fickle Finger of Fate (and even painted on some bombers).

Why are red headed Aussies nick named "Blue"? And what's up with the fetish about stoning crows? PETA's gonna get you for that. Honestly, I'm not sure why we associate the gesture with avian acrobatics but the expression has been around for decades.

Notice how *natural* Johnny looks doing that compared to W?
W looks like he carefully used his other hand to properly position the fingers of the "flipping" hand.
Sorta like somebody trying a "Vulcan salute" for the first time...:))

Let's see. Bush joking around and flipping the bird, and Clinton joking around and putting an afro wig on his head. Guess which one has the rats' panties twisted in a knot?

reminds me of a statement from another great American,

" My fellow Americans, I am pleased to tell you I just signed legislation which outlaws Russia forever. The bombing begins in five minutes "

Ronald Reagan, during a radio microphone test, 1984

Duncan Drops Offensive Ad (Posted on 12/06/1999)

An offensive Duncan yo yo ad that showed a number of youngsters give them "the finger" has been dropped from television after a watchdog group got retailers to discontinue sales of the classic toy.

What side of the culture war are they frickin' on???
