General Wesley Clark released the following statement today in response to President Bush's remarks today about the missing explosives in Iraq:
Today George W. Bush made a very compelling and thoughtful argument for why he should not be reelected. In his own words, he told the American people that a political candidate who jumps to conclusions without knowing the facts is not a person you want as your Commander in Chief.
President Bush couldnt be more right. He jumped to conclusions about any connection between Saddam Hussein and 911. He jumped to conclusions about weapons of mass destruction. He jumped to conclusions about the mission being accomplished. He jumped to conclusions about how we had enough troops on the ground to win the peace. And because he jumped to conclusions, terrorists and insurgents in Iraq may very well have their hands on powerful explosives to attack our troops, we are stuck in Iraq without a plan to win the peace, and Americans are less safe both at home and abroad.
By doing all these things, he broke faith with our men and women in uniform. He has let them down. George W. Bush is unfit to be our Commander in Chief.
Since Weasley has no neck, that pose must be extremely difficult to carry off.
Thanks for the heads up.
Clark didn't mention we watched the Russians take entire convoys out of Al Qa Qaa. That we attacked one of the convoys. That they were carrying chem/bio/nuc weapons components ..... but to where?

In Newsweek General shelton said, "To say Clark was unpopular among his fellow officers in the military is an understatement. As he rapidly rose through the ranks, he was widely regarded as a champion brown-noser and know-it-all, a sort of Eddie Haskell in Army green. In conversation with friends, Colin Powell would privately put down General Clark as "Lieutenant Colonel Clark" i.e., a perpetual eager-beaver wanna-be. Some officers questioned his judgment. Talking to a high-ranking Clinton administration official, Gen. Hugh Shelton, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who engineered Clark's firing, bluntly referred to Clark as a "nut."
'THE GUY WHO ALMOST STARTED WORLD WAR III'
"I'm not going to start the third world war for you,"
General Sir Mike Jackson, commander of the international KFOR peacekeeping force, is reported to have told Gen. Clark when he refused to accept an order to send assault troops to prevent Russian troops from taking over the airfield of Kosovo's provincial capital.
You ladies are more than welcome...
Yeah, none of his soldiers would pick him up.

The Oil for Food UN program needs to be blown wide open; The hard copy records are in Baghdad and being examined as we speak.
I think that magazine cover is for real.
He is also the one who is on the cover of next month's issue of The Advocate, a magazine geared towards gay men. "I'm the one person who can bring gay issues forward. And I will," it reads next to Clark's photo. In an interview, Clark shares his views on many issues concerning the gay community.
It's for real, no photoshop involved.
I don't have the link at hand right this second( I think it is on Polipundit.com but not for sure) but a new Document, the real one that the IAEA filed in Jan 04 says that there was only 3 tons of explosives not 380...that plus the Russian connection adds to the fact that the 3ID searched the area on April 3 and 4, 2003 and found nothing. The story of the explosives was disproved by that and the libs know it, therefore they send the nut jobs, like the General, out to rant to try to salvage what they can. Too bad libs, you are caught and it backfired right up Kerry's a**.
