I'd rather have Putin "on our side" than the other, but sometimes he makes it hard. And Gertz seems to have a knack for digging up interesting stuff.

Sleep loose is what I always say - learned behavior from my ancestors. (And I read alot.)

That's different than sleep tight.

Tight ropes on a bed in the olden times is where sleep tight originated. Beds made of hay as a mattress was put on a bed of ropes.

Guess where the saying came from "don't let the bed bugs bite?

Bugs infested grain. Sleep tight meant tighten the ropes on the bed frane.

I'm fading fast, too! I'm headed to bed as soon as "Modern Masters" is over. I'm watching a guy make neat kitchen cabinets right now. ;)

I didn't keep a word count. Mostly worked on Web sites. Lots done on http://chronicfatigue.about.com/ site today.
