"I have no idea--would need to review. I was thinking more of the night vision goggles and some other items."
Read the (full) original post on this thread. I'm sure more info. on this will come to light in the coming days.
Grin - Well - you might get someone at your door - but I don't think I would - at this point anyhow -
You know, I've always thought that socialism sounded good - but it's the people who keep messing it up. Power and money with an "evil" mind in control. I think the same thing goes for the type of government Russia has - It's the people who make the government what it is - or isn't. As of yet, in my mind, Putin doesn't come across as being "evil" - and the people of Russia like him. To me those two points count for a lot - especially when the people of Russia like and seem to trust him.
As I said the other day - it's too early to tell exactly what it is that Putin is up to - and the terrorist activity all over the world doesn't help -
Putin may very well turn "evil" - but only time will tell - until then I am willing to give him a chance to prove otherwise - and the US would be better off having Russia at the side in the fight against the terrorist -
just my opinion -
We all know the Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical weapons are in the Bekka Valley in Lebanon. If I have said it once I have said it a gazillion times.
I love your sarcasim.

That's the beauty of the free market. Whenever a company or corporation screws things up, a competitor moves in and fixes the problem :o)
Kerry *advisers* conceded that possibility Wednesday - not the Junior Senator from MA himself.

"Putin may very well turn "evil"
Putin turned evil during his rise through the ranks of the KGB. You don't get to be a KGB colonel unless you have thoroughly compromised your humanity. Now if he had defected, denounced the KGB, and spent the rest of his life exposing their evil deeds...that would be a different story.
Here it is Vel :)
Yes, those same WMD that the left has insisted weren't there, never were there, and never existed.
So help me, I'm dizzy from the spinning.
My husband just said, "you want it to be Wednesday morning of next week, and then you don't want it to be Wednesday morning." I'd be happy to be where the Red Sox fans are politically right now.
Sounds about like the CIA - and the people who work there -
Some in the CIA will never change - not even when they expose themselves for what they really are - as many of them are doing in this election - rats, by any other name -
We can always hope that President Bush does the changes for the "people" in the CIA - and we can always hope that Putin has changed his ways - because sometimes with age, there comes changes - and mostly they are for the good - but time will only tell
just my opinion -
