Is 7 the highest? I got a 6 at first because I said I nearly always vote. I took that to mean all elections not just presidential.

Yes Bernie,
But if you moved recently, you have a lot of work to do if you're going to find your polling place.
That is if you're a pubbie in PA.
There are many barriers to voting and recently moving is one of them.
Having to take a small child to the polls was almost a barrier for me once.
Thankfully, there was no broken glass at the time.
