"I think a little Zell Miller is appropriate here"
...how about a little 'Samual Colt'...?

I've been tempted to steal a Bush sign myself. They are hard to come by down here in SOLID BUSH COUNTRY.

I'm royally pi**ed too. My sign was stolen last night, sitting right under my lit US Flag.

"I was hesitant to put one in my yard because I'd heard that Kerry supporters go ballistic over the sight of Bush/Cheney signs. In fact, no one on my street had a political sign up until a couple of weeks ago. However, my neighbor put up a Kerry/Edwards sign, and it was the only sign on the street, and it sickened me to look at it."

Bah. I've had my Bush/Cheney lawn sign up since July. Nobody has touched it. Now there's two of 'em out there. This is in the People's Republic of Massachusetts.

LOL. My wife works at Rice University, so I drive through Kerry/Edwards country all the time. In fact, I work in the Montrose area, so I get to see the Kerry signs and a lot of rainbow banners as well!

Well, I'll admit they did get rid of Stamper and vote in a Republican commissioner last time. That's some improvement.

Places like Ashland aren't as bad as Columbia itself.

Still, KOMU makes Pravda look fair and balanced. You guys do have 93.9 which is positive. Is Glen Beck still on? I miss hearing him down here. I'm continue to beg my wife for XM for Christmas.

I went into a restaurant and the host had on a Kerry/Edwards pin. I was surprised at the visceral level of my response to seeing the pin. People have a right to their (wrong) opinion, but I actually felt a little sick for a moment.

If I hadn't been there on business other than my own, I would have turned around and walked out. I wonder if the host/owner realizes that the restaurant could be losing business by letting idiot employees wear political pins. On the other hand, maybe they don't want conservatives to eat there?

P & D 2x Mini Claymore Paint Mines

The Mini Claymore is a buriable step mine. This mine is very small, but very effective. Set-up is very easy (see instructions packed with mine): Bury them around the flag, along a path, or any place you can trip up enemy. Each mine gives a 4-oz. straight up blast. Each bag contains two mines.

I put up a Bush/Cheney sign, and the 4 houses to my right did the same. So, now there is a long row of Bush Cheney signs on our street, making it clear that our street is "Bush/Cheney Country"

ah what a sight to behold, good on ya!

I live in a Canadian town that used to be NDP stronghold, now Liberal, so I'd never see 5 houses in a row with blue Conservative signs, I'm jealous......

COLORADO SPRINGS - There have been countless reports of sign stealing during this election campaign from both Republicans and Democrats. A private investigator hired to track down the person responsible for taking Republican campaign signs in one Colorado Springs neighborhood caught the culprit on tape and made a surprising discovery.

The woman caught taking down Bush/Cheney and Pete Coors signs turned out the be the wife of the only Democratic state representative from El Paso County. Rep. Mike Merrifield, D-Manitou Springs, confirms that it was his wife who was caught taking the signs.

Merrifield said the signs were placed near his home to harass him. He indicated he would have taken the signs himself, but he was confined to his house for health reasons. He also admitted removing Kent Lambert signs, Merrifield's opponent in the state house race.

State Republican Chair Ted Halaby said Merrifield should step down. The district attorney said she doesn't plan to pursue the matter.
