Two points: 1) When will someone with the means and the evidence challenge CBS for it's license "to broadcast in the public interest?" 2) When will traditional democrats take notice that their party has been hijacked by Stalinists, who are more than willing to use lies and intimidation to advance their march to power?

Actually CBS does not have a license to broadcast. The individual stations hold the licenses. When local TV stations broadcast a bare-breasted Janet Jackson at the Super Bowl via a network feed, it is the individual licensees who are violating FCC regulations by broadcasting it.

I can answer the above question. I did in 1992 right after Clinton was in office. No DUmmy, I recognized Marx/Lenin when I saw him in action and left that party forever.
Nope, didn't see it during the campaign when he was pretending to be a moderate, but sure saw it in his inauguration speech.
