The Minnesota affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union is threatening to go to court to force Secretary of State Mary Kiffmeyer to expand the type of documents voters can use to prove they are properly registered on Election Day. ...and the efforts to force states to allow unlimited voter fraud continue.....less than a week before the election. I doubt they expect to win this case, but it will let them whine about 'disenfranchisement' some more.

These clowns had four years to challenge the rules which, by the way, have worked for so long and can be challenged in the law, anytime ANYONE wants to do so - IN THE LAW! Rioting in the streets is the objective of Liberals in this election and you have to resign yourself that that is what you will see. Maybe worse. In any case, all the brinksmanship which has been tolerated as just humorous quirks and laughable regionalisms of politics in the US will now show its true face. It was NEVER funny or bearable and now the decades of 'LOOKING THE OTHER WAY' attitude will cost everyone. No one will win this standoff.

Correction: Our enemies will win because our discord is their goal. Thank you Mr. Kerry!

The ACLU continues to be a subversive organization, using the liberal judcial system as a cash cow, as well as a vehicle to further their leftist agenda.

They're asking to add a lot of documents which don't have photos on them. What ever happened to a *$*!*~ driver's license or other photo ID.

Not that I can complain because Ohio doesn't ask for any ID. All you have to do is lean over the table, look at the voter registration book, claim to be one of the people who hasn't voted yet and get a ballot. The only way to get caught is if the old ladies behind the table know the person you claim to be.

Well, that certainly clears up who to watch at the polls, and where to zero in on fraud - AmIndians, and those without driver's licenses or state IDs. Sounds like they're bringing in college kids from WI again to live here for 30 days (hence the utility bill-only request) so they can stuff the ballot boxes.

Thanks for the heads up, UnACLU.

Why do AmIndians get to vote if their gambling towns (I mean, um, "nations") are supposed to be separate, and they have their own laws?

They are probably refusing to accept the Matricula Consular issued by Mexican diplomats, thus preventing "undocumented immigrants" from voting in the US presidential election.

The ACLU (NAMBLA's Choice) is the most consistently dangerous, subversive organization in America, Their actions are anarchistic.
