Of course, this was when Kerry was FOR the war he later voted AGAINST, but now thinks we should have been in EARLIER!

Seems to me that if they could move this stuff, they could also move WMD's.

BINGO.

Yes . . . the problem is that it is a complicated story with a complex timeline and interdependent elements and events. Most people won't get it and the rats know it. They tested this one carefully and knew it would hold up under scrutiny just long enough. In other words, these bastards don't really care if they have any credibility . . . they just want to win at any cost. Can you imagine how damaged and discredited we will be as a nation if GOD FORBID this walking cluster becomes . . . I CAN'T EVEN SAY IT!!!

I'd love to know when the sKerry campaign produced the ad. Has he had enough "downtime" since the story aired to get into a studio, be styled and shot, edited, mixed and on the air? When did this story break, yesterday? Where has JfK neen yesterday and today?

What does it take to move 380 tons?

Rush said today it would take 40 semis.

You might have a good point on the Clintons being behind this. Kerry puts all of Clinton's people in these key positions and they decide to go with this story as the "October Surprise." First of all, I think it is a pretty lame story, second of all, NBC sure did come back quick with a response and the perkie Katie is a big time Clinton supporter and has been roasting Kerry and Edwards lately.

I noticed he did not say anything about this story yesterday. Kerry said he did in an interview but Kerry is a liar.

Hopefully, it won't come to that. The only consolation I can evvision, is that the officer actually "carrying" the case, has the same integrity as Col. Patterson.

It could be because I don't have a lot of respect for the UN and its UNMOVIC morons like El Baradei, but how do we know El Baradei's buffoons actually sealed the materials inside the al Qaqaa facility? After all, all we have suggesting this fact is El Baradei's reports to the UN Security Council.

We have quite a flurry of reports to the UN Security Council "certifying" the UN's Oil for Food program was on the up-and-up. We now know that program was rife with corruption. Saddam Hussein corrupted officials in at least one permanent member of the UN Security Council (France) and in at least one temporary member of the UN Security Council (Germany). We also know UN officials (Kojo Annan, son of the Secretary General of the UN) was also corrupted by Saddam Hussein.

We have an organization we now know to be corrupt to its very core which has made numerous false reports to the UN Security Council concerning the Oil for Food program. Why should we believe that El Baradei's report that the high explosives were sealed inside the Al Qaqaa facility was true? Might it not be possible that the UNMOVIC inspectors were corrupted by Saddam Hussein and reported something that wasn't true? That is, the high explosives were certified to be inside the facility under IAEA seal (which I think is a padlock and a piece of paper with a UN/IAEA logo on it) when in fact the inspectors knew Saddam Hussein was loading the explosives into 40 or so trucks so he would move the explosives to another facility or to Syria or some other location?

After all, no one in the 101st saw any UN/IAEA seals. None of the embedded reports saw any of the UN/IAEA seals.

Perhaps we should put some pressure on Switzerland to look for bank accounts in the names of the UNMOVIC inspectors.

It does if you are coordinating efforts with the Kerry campaign and the NY Times/CBS. Which, of course, they'd never do... /sarcasm

Someone else did some calculations and assuming pick-ups were used, it would 90 men working 12 hour days, two weeks to move it.
I heard this on Hannity today I think.

This story is a Kerry killer all the way around. #1 it is fake, #2 Kerry can't bring up the "No WMD's" bs anymore.

I've been trying to get people to listen to me about this today, and even wrote Drudge and some other people, and I have heard nada...

What is it? ElBaradei is playing games on the US people, and ought to be lynched.

Those seals don't mean much, just a pair of wire snips and they are gone. I suspect after the inspectors left, that's what happend and Saddam sent them to Syria or buried them.

Or...we blew them up in air strikes.

I agree, besides fox, they are reporting it as a Bush failure. The contrary evidence makes them look stupid to continue with this story. But who will here all the real evidence before the election?
