To me, hideous is being glad that an otherwise decent person is dead. Yes, I know he was a very liberal dem, but he was never a nasty or destructive man.

I have no problem rooting for the deaths of the likes of arafart and UBL (who's probably already dead), but I draw a distinction between them and most liberals. But that's just men, perhaps...
