Could it have been a planning meeting for this scheme when Kerry was at the UN meeting with them? Could he have been meeting with the IAEA to trump a hit job when he said he was 'meeting with the Security Council trying to get cooperation on Iraq?'
I'm not sure what time frame he really was at the UN, somebody needs to find that out.
