A quick look at the schedules indicate that Kerry is in trouble:
Kerry schedule (71% in Blue states):
Mon: PA Tues: WI, NM, NV Wed: 2 stops in IA, and MN Thur: OH
Bush schedule (78% in blue states):
Tues: Cuba City, WI, Onalaski, WI, and IA Wed: PA, OH, and MI Thur: MN, OH, & PA
I hate early voting. They are doing it here and my friends from New Orleans tell me at precincts there they don't even need ID. They bus them in and give them cigarets for voting. It is really bad here.
If I were his wife, I would have put my foot down or maybe not given the husband he has been. Then again,,,oh never mind.
Help me here...What's his loving wife's name?
You know he's in trouble because this is an unscheduled, last minute decision to do Michigan
Becks? Where is that?
(BTW your tagline is a local radio station here, WAHT 1510)
Where are you getting the schedule info? I want to rub some libs noses in this but need a schedule link to "prove" it to them.
good. I had devised one. Red for nancy Reagans dresses and Blue for how Kerry is gonna feel.
They shouldn't confuse older people such as me!
LOL!! And what can Kerry do about Hawaii? Hawaii is trending to Bush...I guess Kerry can make a 12 hour trip to HI and back again...that is 1 day chopped off for 4 votes. Kerry's boat is leaking.
"Bush's polls are telling him that hes WINNING states he carried last time, winning some states Gore won, and making it close in other Blue States... Kerry is on the ropes..."
Tucker Askew, Bush campaign consultant says in his new blog:
"But most of you are focused on the election and I gotta say we're on offense at the campaign, too. Lots of positive signs in states that went for the Other Side last time. "
How is early voting even legal? Doesn't the US Constitution explicitly say that federal elections must be the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November?
My exact sentiments. If voting is important enough to a person, they will find the time to do it on ELECTION DAY. If out of town, they can vote absentee. The Dims need this to help with multiple votes. They've taken the term "Vote early and often" to a new level.
"Flipped would still mean Kerry and Bush in blue states..:) But I see your point..:)"
LOL, I am getting tired...
As we speak, Clinton is holding a rally in Miami at an early polling location. The gates open to the public at 5, and the polling station closes at 7. I saw this on another thread (confirmed with a link to the Miami/Dade govt site).
Isn't this illegal? If so, shouldn't the GOP be all over it?
My Favorite Headache - you may not have seen, but CNN/Gallup just release a FL poll, and you're right, Bush is in trouble
...... (NOT). Gallup FL poll has Bush up 8. That's right - EIGHT points over Kerry.
Hawaii has good wind surfing...At this point, maybe the Dim's hopes are that the defeat is not so great that the party is destroyed.
I personally think the vote early and easy is a plot to corrupt the voting process. I don't even think absentees ought to be allowed. If you aren't there, you can't vote.
Heck I want a return to only voting if you pay taxes. I would go back to voting if you owned property only. I thinkI am reactionary.
not sure if you know him but a "conservative" radio host was babbling about it - named Severin
he was all doom and gloom for W and it kind of soured me
I personally think the vote early and easy is a plot to corrupt the voting process.
Exactly. How else can the Dims get 3 votes from the felons, the homeless and the dead? The dims have absolutely NO scruples.
Hehe. My sister and my niece are going to a Kerry rally
tonight, they told me,in excited voices,"There's going to
be a THOUSAND people there!"
I asked her if they were going to supply enough Kool-aid
for a thousand but she didn't get it.
My mother and I are Republicans, at least our side of the
family has brains.
