How is early voting even legal? Doesn't the US Constitution explicitly say that federal elections must be the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November?

Nope... Nothing in the Constitution regarding what day elections have to be held... I believe the first Tuesday in November language is an act of congress, but the same loophole that allows absentee ballots to be cast early allows for early voting at the polls.

It still doesn't change the fact that voting fraud on the part of the dims is what prompted it.
