It seems to me that if there are former Naval Officers out there who know for a fact that Kerry was guilty of consorting with the enemy and was discharged under other than honorable conditions, then they should speak up.
The only reason I can think of for not doing so is perhaps they have been threatened in some fashion.
Certainly they may signed promises to keep certain things secret, but this is about the future of our Country being under the control of a person who has possibly already been responsible for us losing a war. That alone is horrific, but also contributing to the torture and death of an unknown number of military heroes makes it abominable.

I have yet to see any reference to the big fire that occurred at the St Louis military records center in 1972.
According to the
National Archives, only some Army and Air Force records were lost in the fire, not Navy.

If Kerry did receive a Dishonorable Discharge, then he may have broken several laws at a latter date.
Kerry says that he is a hunter and has several firearms. If he lied (Dishonorable Discharge) when filling out the 4473's for purchases, then Federal Laws were violated.
If his wife(s) purchased for him, then more laws were broken.

According to the National Archives, only some Army and Air Force records were lost in the fire, not Navy. I can attest that that is patently false, unless they lied to me.
I was USNR, and I have GSA-6954, issued in lieu of a DD-214. It came when I requested a replacement copy of my 214 in the 70's.
It came with a cover letter stating that they could not give me a DD-214 because my records were destroyed in that fire, but could only issue a "Certification of Military Service" instead.

I think we should do exactly that. Make him prove otherwise. They do that to us all the time.
And while we're at it, we should also say that OBL did die at Tora Bora, which I believe is true, and make somebody prove that he's not. I think if he's really alive, he should show himself on video, not just these audio tapes.
