Less than two weeks before Election Day, Kerry held a statistically insignificant 1 percentage-point lead in three of the key battleground states carried by Democrat Al Gore in 2000, was tied in a fourth, and trailed President Bush in three others. All were within the poll's margin of error

If Bush takes Michigan or Pennsylvania it's all over.
What's all over? The election?
Whether or not he takes them November 2nd, the election will be over that day. And regardless of whether or not Bush wins them, he will win the election. That is not in question. It's not as if we're running from behind here.
Or do you mean the Democrat party will be over?
I think that would be a bit premature, though a nice thought nonetheless.
Or do you just mean the Democrat's monopoly on the black bote would be over?
Let's hope they should come around to the party of Lincoln rather than the party of pandering.
Or do you mean Kerry's career will be over?
If no Republican challenges him for his senate seat like last time it won't be. Even though Kerry could only manage 72% of the vote as the only candidate on the ticket.
Or do you mean the Democrat's attempts to steal the election through the courts?
Even a 50 state sweep wouldn't stop them from trying. In fact, it would only mean that it dragged on in the courts even longer.

Yea, Kerry's schedule indicates he's in places he shouldn't be this close to the election. If Hawaii and Michigan are in play, my goodness, you know Kerry's in trouble. Yeah, but on the other hand, I'm worried about W's seemingly shaky standing in OH and FL.

Carl Cameron, Fox News Reporter covering Kerry, said yesterday "if Kerry loses Pennsylvania, Minnesota OR Iowa, he's toast".
The last poll I have seen has Kerry up 1 in PA, Bush up 6 in Iowa and in MN, I have seen a poll with Bush up 2 and one with Kerry up 2.
Ohio is all over the place and the last poll I've seen in FL has Bush up.
But, the polls do not figure the MASSIVE FRAUD going on. And I mean MASSIVE. George Will has a column about it in a column. I don't know if it is in Saturday's or Sunday's Washington Post, but you can probably link to it on the Drudge Report.

Kerry pulled out of wv over a week ago and canceled a visit. Then two days ago his team put $ 200,000 for ads. I think they didn't want to look like they had given up, plus the ads bleed over into other states like ohio.

This is a huge sign of the Left Wing Media beginning to distance themselves from the Monsuier. I know Philly and this rag must have held their nose to write this

Naughty, naughty. Besides, they say men who've had heart operations become a tad cautious about engaging in sex.

I heard on "The Heartland" that Mason Dixon was going to release an updated poll of Ohio showing Bush down by 1.
Hopefully that does not come to pass.

MSM inflating Kerry's poll numbers. Pretty soon we'll be told not to bother voting -- they'll select the President for us.

Now that Hawaii is in play, I'm going to have to stay up even later on election night to see the results there. Hawaii is very expensive. I went to the Maui island there once and paid a lot of money. The macadamia nuts were at least cheaper than what I pay for them over here. But everything else was more money.

we win WITHOUT Ohio.Yep.
The old rule, that Republicans need Ohio to win the White House, might be broken in the same way the Red Sox broke the old "rule" that said, "no team comes back after losing the first 3 post-season games."

I do hope W wins Ohio, because I live there and can't stomach my state voting for Kerry.
However, it's nice to know we have several backup scenarios involving Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, New Mexico, and possibly PA, NJ and Hawaii.
