This production has not been well thought out, poorly edited and produced.
Well, that's pretty much where I am right now. It's difficult from where I am, because all our friends are Bush supporters (military). So I'm left feeling like I'm not doing enough. But, there are two houses up the road with KE signs. I'm thinking of burning some Dvds of "Stolen Honor" and putting them in their mailboxes.
Hmmmmmmm.
Where is it on?
Thank you for the post and I support your efforts to get the word out about calling everyone a troll. It makes us look bad.
I sat and watched the whole thing. They let Bobby Muller rant w/o explaining that he was a VVAW person, they let the producer of "Going Upriver" tell outright lies. I swear that producer is a psychopath. I get the creeps every time he's on the tube.
Why, when Sinclair plainly stated their intent, were so many expecting a Cecil B. Demille epic? It could have been better, sure. But it wasn't an Geraldo opening Al Capone's vault either. So Kerry didn't get his tonight. That's coming on Nov. 2. That's his day of reckoning.
I agree. The whole thing with the exception of the first ten minutes was like one long political ad for Kerry. I just turned the d*mn thing off when they promised to discuss Bush's military career after the halfway commercial. Hells bells Bush isn't running on his Military service and he has released all his records-Kerry is the mystery man.
Sinclair sucks.
We really need a freeze on newbie posting, some way.
Sorry - Fox should have been Sinclair.
Dear Sir or Madam:
I feel that I just wasted an hour of my time watching your watered down "news" show.
It is obvious that the DNC and liberal MSM "got to you". It is unfortunate, as I really had hoped that finally a somewhat major, mainstream media group would tell it like it is, threats be damned. What I saw was a production that was so careful not to step on John Kerry's toes (lest he apply for another Purple Heart) that the effect was ultimately something that played like a Barbara Walters interview.
Nothing about why Kerry won't sign a Form 180 to release his service records. Nothing to correct George Butler's false assertion that it's never been proved that some of the participants in the Winter Soldier testimony were impostors.
I could go on and on, but I'll just close by saying that you certainly don't have to worry about any adverse actions by the F.C.C.. In fact, you might just be receiving a call from the Kerry campaign about producing another "hard hitting piece".
Sincerely,
thats what he was posting about...NOT Stolen Honor....as his subject said....
it was NOT about Stolen Honor.....his post said the Sinclair Broadcast, that we were all watching tonight....
You're no fool, man.
MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!!!
Personally I think it is a hard hitting, emotionally draining film! Then again, I am a Vietnam Veteran, I may be "SLIGHTLY" biased!!
Yeah...an awful lot of 2004 sign up dates on this thread...
I'm one of them, so? I'd think you alol would be very glad that their are so many people out here that are tired of the MSM and want to talk with like minded ppl. Some of us are even a little older and not so computer literate as you. The internet is growing because of all of you, but you seem so angry about it.
Thanks for your support. I think our anger is better served against Kerry and his liberal minions rather than at each other.
Well, he didn't make that clear. And if he did and I missed it in amidst a 250+ post thread, I apologize. Trust me, I'm on your side.
Cheaply made and boring, unfocused and misleading. I was very let down by that thing.
All I could think about was how bad his hair looked back then.
Not worth bothering with at all.
Thanks.
Imagine Comrade!
