Saw the aftermath of this at about 8:30. Just north and west of the Otay Mesa Port of Entry. Police, Fire, and lots of Border Patrol on the scene.

Close the borders. Arm the borders with US citizens, supervised by the National Guard. Give all illegals 10 days to get out of town or be branded and deported. If they are caught here again, they're dead.
