Explosives found in second Russian plane

MOSCOW: Experts have found explosives in both Russian jets, which crashed simultaneously this week, investigators said on Saturday, supporting theories that bombs downed the aircraft before elections in volatile Chechnya. The FSB security service said on Friday that search teams had turned up traces of explosives in the first of the planes, which crashed on Tuesday, killing 90. "Additional examination of the fragments of the Tu-134 aircraft which crashed on Tuesday ... has revealed traces of hexogen," an FSB spokesman said.

Well, considering we have elections coming up this week, maybe this is relevant.
Frankly, I don't think this type of approach will work in the US because everybody expects it will happen. Let's face it, if we read about some car-bomb or crashed plane late next week, who will be surprised?
