Kerry Goes Hunting for Conservative Votes

Thursday October 21, 2004 2:46 PM

By NEDRA PICKLER

Associated Press Writer

BOARDMAN, Ohio (AP) - Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry said he bagged a goose on his swing-state hunting trip Thursday, but his real target was the voters who may harbor doubts about him.

Kerry returned after a two-hour hunting trip wearing a camouflage jacket and carrying a 12-gauge shotgun, but someone else carried the bird he said he shot.

``I'm too lazy,'' Kerry joked. ``I'm still giddy over the Red Sox. It was hard to focus.''

Several Questions on this one... Was this his butler who had to carry out his goose? Did he REALLY shoot the goose? May we call in for an independent autopsy as to actual time of death and shotgun cartidge analysis? He admits he is TOO LAZY to carry out his own bird? Does he realize what kind of energy it takes to be president? Too lazy to carry a dead bird? How does this resonate with hunters?...KERRY STATES HE COULDN'T FOCUS ON HUNTING TODAY BECAUSE HE IS TOO EXCITED ABOUT A BASEBALL GAME? How does he plan on handling the world and national crisis as president? He can't even FOCUS on a task at hand, because of a ball game! shhheeesssh...

Relax - it's just campaign preening. We all knew the Red Sox gloating was coming from him.

As with Mayor Diamond Joe Quimby on wacking day, Kerry had a pre-wacked Goose.

The Goose was heard to comment, "I don't fall down, the SOB shot me."

Transcript: Hypocrite Kerry Tells Larry King He Sat Paralyzed With Shock On 9-11
CNN.Com ^ | July 10, 2004

Posted on 08/09/2004 5:47:24 AM CDT by PJ-Comix

KING: Where were you on 9/11?....

KERRY: I was in the Capitol. We'd just had a meeting -- we'd just come into a leadership meeting in Tom Daschle's office, looking out at the Capitol. And as I came in, Barbara Boxer and Harry Reid were standing there, and we watched the second plane come in to the building. And we shortly thereafter sat down at the table and then we just realized nobody could think, and then boom, right behind us, we saw the cloud of explosion at the Pentagon. And then word came from the White House, they were evacuating, and we were to evacuate, and so we immediately began the evacuation.

If he's too lazy to carry his own goose how can you expect him to lead this country.

In the last debate ...

Kerry said: "Because we are the United States of America, we're a country with a great, unbelievable Constitution, with rights that we afford people, that you can't discriminate in the workplace. You can't discriminate in the rights that you afford people."

Your rights are afforded to you by LIBERALS. you didn't know that?

It wasn't a gaffe, LIBERALS actually believe they grant you rights. The best way to tell if a person is a LIBERAL is ask them what the second amendment means. The answer will be all you need to know.

Giddy over the Red Sox my foot. Do you think he knows whose on first?

Why it's Manny Ortez, of course.

Yeah. I'm sure.

Isn't he just the kind of guy who would bump into an end table and the White House and shout at the help to "dammit, move this table!"

Nedra's byline is a special favorite of Rush Limbaugh. I sure hope he goes after this little account.

Mike McCurry states for the record, that Kerry is doing this to show his "regular guy" status, and yet Kerry doesn't even carry his own prize bird!!!!

I bet McCurry is looking for a hosepipe somewhere.
