We watched "Out of Time" a few weeks back and my wife was on the edge of her seat the whole time. She loved it. A very tight thriller with a great performance by Denzell.
Hopper and Newt Gingrich have been good friends going way back.
Wow. I'm impressed. I had no idea. I hear things "around", but always take it with a grain of salt until I see proof, or what have you. Very interesting. thanks for responding.
Actually at the very end of the movie, Stone does seem to pay a nice tribute to Nixon, and features a clip of x42 eulogizing Nixon at his funeral.
Yeah! The anorexic tubby slut vote would be ours!
Freddie Prinze Jr is a legit Republican...I heard it for myself when he was on The Tonight show and the other guests were talking about Hillary and he almost YELLLED "No way I'm voting for her...I'm a Republican!" or something ot that effect. I think the Sarah Michelle Gellar thing comes from a few comments she has made about guns and the sex on Buffy that are conservative...but I don't think she has ever said anything definitive.
Queen Latifah was trashing Bush on TV...I doubt Beyonce is being that she is with Jay Z...unless he is a closet fiscal Republican or something.
John Elway, Matt Hasselbeck,Bernie Kosar, Steve Largent, Roger Staubach, Lynn Swann. And a few non football stars: Jack Nicklaus, Mary Lou Retton and Nolan Ryan.
Adam Sandler might be with us on some things. He has become a friend of Bobby Knight's and Bobby Kight is a BIG TIME Republican. BK has brought in General Norman Schwarzkopf today to my town for a Leadership Conference.
I didn't think so either. I mean she actually kissed Madonna. Yuk!
LOL. Should we feel honored?
Its good to keep in mind Celebs are like REAL people (well almost!)...they change as they get older, or as events change....9/11 woke a LOT of people up, but they might not go around yelling about their change like Ron Silver..and it may not mean they are "conservative".....and some may have changed because of the War in Iraq one way or the other...Brad Pitt supported it...but I bet he would say
"Bush lied to me" or something to that effect now.
And even a brief public comment or money to a Dem may even only be a cover, or done as a favor, or because of peer pressure....I truly believe it would make it incredibly hard for an actor to actually go stump for Bush. It might mean risking their career.....I read something a while back a person in Hollywood said...90% of the people will publically talk democratic, but LOTS of those will go in, vote for Bush in secret, and it will stay a secret. I bet that is true.
You're fast when you're tired.
Wonderful Post.
Good job!
Ewwwwwww! I don't think so either!
yes, I forgot that one.. good one. I am a movie addict. and normally pick movies with stars, directors or screenwriters that I like. Denzel is one of the actors that I see all his stuff
hey, hey, hey...my childhood hero (Don Mattingly) is on that list!!! That always makes me smile.
You are forgetting his best part, As the slave in glory. That was the movie that made me believe he was a true superstar. And man on fire was a great movie to...Denzel is a great Actor...
