Michael Savage suggested that people have "Stolen Honor" parties. I think it's a great idea. The truth must be known about these POWs, the Vietnam War, and the whole anti-war movement. Sinclair has gained exposure of this movie due to the controversey, try and discuss it with people you know (especially Democraps).
Everyone who has the movie, or plans on purchasing it: try to get together a group of people that you know from work, church, college, and so on. Try to get Democrats, if they refuse, say "oh, come on...I thought people of your persuasion considered yourselves 'open minded'!". If they refuse further, tell them that you'll watch Fahrenheit 9/11 with them as an 'even exchange' (of course you can narrate the whole movie, pointing out it's innaccuracies).
A caller on the Savage Nation said that in his area, someone rented out a conference room in a Hotel and got 1000 people to watch. Individuals in larger cities could do this, you could even try to get a local talk radio conservative to host/promote the event. Maybe the stolen honor site can issue an 'official' email that will list suggestions on how to organize an event?
I think this is a good idea, and may change some minds. So if you read this thread, and even if you can't participate please give it an ol' BTTT for the POWs sake!!!
BUMP!

Oh my gosh. That's awful that you can't download this.
Yes, I've heard Rush mention that some are trying to get him off the stations for the military. It's all too much.
And thank you for all your years of service to this country!
You are quite welcome. I finished my 20 years service nearly 15 years ago and work today as a civilian for the Army. Guess you could say that I serve today, but in a different capacity.
Had the dubious distinction to be in Vietnam when Kerry was doing his traitorous deeds and living with the aftermath when I returned. I have disliked politicians in the past(Liberals primarily), but totally despise JF'n as do millions of other vets. I hope and pray that this guy loses in a landslide and goes into political oblivion with his charming wife.
OK, off my soapbox now.
I did give the link to a fellow worker and he's going to try to download it tonight after work. Hopefully, I'll get to see it soon.
A wonderful FReeper, (Brads Gramma) sent me a copy of Unfit For Command a short while back. I read it in two days and have passed it around for others to read.
There are some truly great people on this site. I've received more thanks from folks like yourself here on FR than I have during and since my military career.

there are links so you can at least see a few minutes of the movie.
It's pretty damning of sKerry, I think. (You have to have one of those programs loaded to view it, but it worked really well for me on the computer I'm on, on the first link.)

Yes, they have restricted it to one hour a day, the first hour of his show. Occasionally I'll get transcripts of his show, but it just isn't the same as hearing it. Oh well, one of the joys of living overseas. Actually, I do enjoy it.

That link is blocked too. Hopefully, I'll have a whole copy of it tomorrow.
Oh, there must be so many people who think the way we do, and they have no way of letting you all know!

Hehe. We all hope that...
Do they block you from listening to radio shows on the internet too?
If not, you can listen in to Rush, for example, on www.wlsam.com in Chicago, which is 12 to 3pm ET.
Michael Savage is on, on www.ksky.com from 6 to 9 pm ET.
And Laura Ingraham is great too, she's on ksky in the am, from 9 to 12 ET.
Ok...come on you Savage-haters, let's see you spin this into Mike being a "wacko" "leftie" "Kerry-lover"....we're waiting....
Could you post them on the Georgewbush.com site as a a "party for the president"?

instead of just one movie, make it two, three or more.
for instance, if the fresno area freepers want to get together, i can bring "FarenHYPE 911" and we can play something like that in addition to stolen honor. there might be even better movies (that's just the one i have).
mama_bear, amy, can we arrange something?
tagline.

thanks
I live in the Mobile, Al area (specifically in Tillman's Corner). Although I know of no "Stolen Honor" parties yet, I'm not usually the most in the loop guy on this type of thing. If you find out anything, let me know.
