Kerry Indictment delivered
http://patriotpetitions.us/kerry/ ^ | 10/20/04

Signers: 180491

To Senate President Richard Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft

We, the People of these United States, rightfully petition our national government to prosecute John Kerry for "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" and to disqualify him for national office.

Kerry has a long and well-documented history of providing "aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of war -- particularly in the case of North Vietnam, Nicaragua and Cuba. Kerry, by his own account of his actions and protests, violated the UCMJ, the Geneva Conventions and the U.S. Code while serving as a Navy officer. Kerry met, on two occasions, with North Vietnamese negotiators in 1970 and 1971, willingly placing himself in violation of Article three, Section three of the U.S. Constitution, which defines treason as "giving aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of warfare.

Thus, in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President ... having previously taken an oath ... to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," We, the People of these United States, believe John F. Kerry is unfit for public office.

It is for this reason -- for his record of giving aid and comfort to the enemy while a member of the U.S. Armed Forces in violation of this oath -- that Senator Kerry should be prosecuted and disqualified for national office.

We understand that no action is likely to be taken on this petition until after the 02 November election. Be it known, however, that on 03 November, we will seek full recourse in an effort to have John Kerry prosecuted for acts of treason and disqualified from any future campaign for any national office. We are thus committed to holding Mr. Kerry accountable for his actions, as there is no statute of limitations for acts of treason.

NOTICE: This petition for indictment was delivered to Senate President Richard Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft on Monday, 18 October 2004. We are currently awaiting a reply from the Department of Justice. Click here to read the full text of the letter. Signed,

After Cheney, Frist & Ashcroft get up from ROTFL they will decline to prosecute.

Isn't it unbelievable? What a NIGHTMARE. If this lying, traitorous creep wins, Americans deserve whatever bad things come to us, I'm afraid. We've gotten that STUPID. : (

He's not going to win. But, let this be a lesson to us...we had Clinton for 8 stinking years and look at what a hero he is to the Dems...nauseating...there are many aspects of life that are not fair...but this is the first time many have shared views via the internet...there is power in numbers and hey, we're the group that made Rathers cushy life a bit stained!

>>>I am disgusted by the gutlessness of the average Republican politician. This stuff should be screamed out, but it is treated as if it were a rumor<<<

I think I post almost the same thing at least once a day someone, usually at the New York Times, Frank Rich, etc ...I've never seen a republican in the Senate hollering and carrying on like the Dems too....well ITS TIME to do it if there EVER was a times....we see ole scarey Byrd about every other day ranting about the president and some crap they are complaining about....and it ALL gets air time!

It is worth looking into no matter what the outcome of the election. This has been swept under the rug for 30 years and it's time for it to be looked at. If one soldier being held prisoner was kept one day longer than necessary because of actions by John Kerry, while still in uniform active or reserve, Mr. Kerry is guilty of a serious crime; if not against the government, at least against these men.

What exactly will happen with this?

Nothing(new). The A-Hole is already a senator. Are you kidding? Politicians are really all together, unless you're Mr. Smith and you just got to Washington...This is just a question of cancer or heart attack...choose your poison.

I have updated my FMCDH (From My Cold Dead Hands) sign-off with the addition of (BITS).....Blood In The Streets, which I foresee coming soon, due to the enormous increase of the Marxist progressive movement being shoved down the throat of this failing REPUBLIC through the Judicial tyranny of fiat law, the passing of unconstitutional laws by the Legislative and Executive branches of our government and the enormous tax burden placed upon the average American to support unconstitutional programs put forth by Marxist ideology.

Potentially this has an interesting outcome. One that poses ABSOLUTELY NO RISK to the Republicans and President Bush!

Let’s follow this one to its logical end:

1. The Republicans press real hard on this.

2. The Democrats scream politics (true statement).

3. The Republicans report that there is nothing that can be done to sKerry since he was pardoned by President Carter in 1978 as part of Carter's general pardon for all Vietnam protesters, draft dogers, etc.

Bases of my conjecture:

1. sKerry’s commitment to the USN expired in 1972; he had enlisted for six years and six months in 1966.

2. Normal discharges from the service do NOT require any kind of review board. Review boards are required when a discharge is upgraded.

3. sKerry’s discharge is dated 1978, 6 years after his enlistment was completed, and carries a statement along the line that this discharge is the result of a review board. Why?

Kerry has violated the law demonstrably and should be held accountable. Kerry is not a legal contestant for Preident of the USA.

Best thing I see in this is 180,491 probable votes for President Bush.

It will become part of the government record, It will be recorded and preserved but I doubt anything will come of it. Our great great great grand children may read it one day in history class and say "Thank God Kerry wasn't elected or I'd be dead"

I wonder how much air time this will get???

None, because it's a dumb internet petition. It's the equivalent of an online poll at MichaelMoore.com.

Of course nothing will come of it. The lion's share of people in DC wipe their butts on the Constitution before they go to work every morning.

I agree whole heartedly with you and the petition. Kerry gave aid and support to the Vietcong, the Chinese, the Sandinistas, met in secret where plots to assassinate U.S.senators were discussed, he`s an evil selfserving man with no scruples or morals. That having been said, I think there`s a snowball`s chance in hell of anything coming of it. The MSM is on the lie-berals side. Hell the MSM isn`t in the demon-rats hip pocket, they`re the same pair of pants.

It is very disconcerting that a man of the traitorous ilk of John Kerry is a candidate for high office........it is far more troubling that our nation would even consider such a person fo the presidency........the United States of America is very sick and becoming a godless nation and culture!

Isn't it unbelievable? What a NIGHTMARE. If this lying, traitorous creep wins, Americans deserve whatever bad things come to us, I'm afraid.

Americans as a whole are honest and patriotic, busy with their own lives and at the same time trying to decide for whom to vote.

Less than half of the voters have been taken in by the seductive lies of the Democrats and Kerry and his minions, as they were when they elected Clinton twice.

But to get from Kerry getting elected that all Americans deserve whatever bad things come to us is absurd and defeatist.

That is exactly what the Terrorists spout. America deserves what they put us through three years ago.

If Kerry gets elected (or if his 15,000 plus lawyers pull off their coup) we will NOT sit back and whine "we deserve this" we will fight for the freedom that we are guaranteed by our Constitution and Declaration of Independence.

We survived Clinton and brought into office a decent and Patriotic President.

We've gotten that STUPID. : (

Not we.

Granted many Americans are ignorant of what a crucial election this is, and go with the propaganda that gets to them.

Or see the truth.

Put yourself in which group you want, but many of us are not in the "We've gotten that STUPID" group.
