Kerry Indictment delivered
http://patriotpetitions.us/kerry/ ^ | 10/20/04

Signers: 180491

To Senate President Richard Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft

We, the People of these United States, rightfully petition our national government to prosecute John Kerry for "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" and to disqualify him for national office.

Kerry has a long and well-documented history of providing "aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of war -- particularly in the case of North Vietnam, Nicaragua and Cuba. Kerry, by his own account of his actions and protests, violated the UCMJ, the Geneva Conventions and the U.S. Code while serving as a Navy officer. Kerry met, on two occasions, with North Vietnamese negotiators in 1970 and 1971, willingly placing himself in violation of Article three, Section three of the U.S. Constitution, which defines treason as "giving aid and comfort" to the enemy in time of warfare.

Thus, in accordance with the Constitution's Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3, which states, "No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President ... having previously taken an oath ... to support the Constitution of the United States, [who has] engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof," We, the People of these United States, believe John F. Kerry is unfit for public office.

It is for this reason -- for his record of giving aid and comfort to the enemy while a member of the U.S. Armed Forces in violation of this oath -- that Senator Kerry should be prosecuted and disqualified for national office.

We understand that no action is likely to be taken on this petition until after the 02 November election. Be it known, however, that on 03 November, we will seek full recourse in an effort to have John Kerry prosecuted for acts of treason and disqualified from any future campaign for any national office. We are thus committed to holding Mr. Kerry accountable for his actions, as there is no statute of limitations for acts of treason.

NOTICE: This petition for indictment was delivered to Senate President Richard Cheney, Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist and Attorney General John Ashcroft on Monday, 18 October 2004. We are currently awaiting a reply from the Department of Justice. Click here to read the full text of the letter. Signed,

What exactly will happen with this? It sounds good but I'm too jaded to believe that anything will come of it.

Where is the tinfoil hat alert? This has zero chance of being pursued regardless of the merits. The Republicans do not have a Lawrence Walsh.

What really scares me the most is that almost half the country is willing to support this traitor.

Isn't it unbelievable? What a NIGHTMARE. If this lying, traitorous creep wins, Americans deserve whatever bad things come to us, I'm afraid. We've gotten that STUPID. : (

Please put on your AFDB................

What Is An AFDB?

An Aluminum Foil Deflector Beanie (AFDB) is a type of headwear that can shield your brain from most electromagnetic psychotronic mind control carriers. AFDBs are inexpensive (even free if you don't mind scrounging for thrown-out aluminium foil) and can be constructed by anyone with at least the dexterity of a chimp (maybe bonobo). This cheap and unobtrusive form of mind control protection offers real security to the masses. Not only do they protect against incoming signals, but they also block most forms of brain scanning and mind reading, keeping the secrets in your head truly secret. AFDBs are safe and operate automatically. All you do is make it and wear it and you're good to go! Plus, AFDBs are stylish and comfortable.

What are you waiting for? Make one today!

Half of the country has been lulled into thinking he is honest, a democrat, a viable candidate, a war hero.... It`s already gotten all the air time it`s going to, did you miss it? there it was again, get it that time? The MSM doesn`t care about anything anti-Kerry. And I sincerely doubt anything will come of this.

What bugs me is that while Kerry has his attack dogs out, what Republicans have pointed out or held up copies of John Kerry's "Vets Against The War" upside-down flag book cover, for instance?

NONE that I know of.

Or how many have shouted from the housetops about his treasonous lies before Congress in 1971?

Not nearly enough (leave out talk show hosts).

I am disgusted by the gutlessness of the average Republican politician. This stuff should be screamed out, but it is treated as if it were a rumor.

The collegial atmosphere of the Senate protects and overshadows all kinds of fecal matter. While the facts are clear, the execution is good, and the charges are righteous, I'm afraid NOTHING will come of this. I truly hope this is taken seriously and gets at least some measure of media attention, even if you are the target of a hit piece from ABC, CBS, NBC, et al.

Hate to say it, but move along, nothing to see here...

this was planned a while back. Pubs had to have, I believe, 250,000 voters signatures. Got them...and then announced via email last week that they would be pursuing this...oh well, attention needs to be on defeating Kerry now....and wait and see how the rest plays out. priorities!
