Move on has been spamming Fox News with its commercials all day.

They take GW press conference videobytes and then smear them out of context. Hit Pieces all of them.

Burn in Hell you Bastards!

I have never in 30 years in politics seen a bigger waste of money than Moveon PAC's TV ads. They are not even grade school level. And clearly they have done nothing to dissuade people from supporting President Bush. They are so typical of the Kerry "campaign," they think it is all about tactics and looking clever to their pals in the mdeia. I'm sure they are all toasting each other with champagne at their "trick" of running ads on Fox News. Meanwhile, their candidate has to issue an apology for his crazy wife's nasty comment about Laura Bush.

I know I will get flamed for taking this position -- but I do believe that the President and a number of conservative PACs are subject to criticism for the same thing. Taking statements out of context is a proven tactic.

I do agree that moveon is beyond extreme in how they do it, and wish them the SAME fate you do!

Mephistopheles: Why this is hell, nor am I out of it.
Think’st thou that I who saw the face of God,
And tasted the eternal joys of Heaven,
Am not tormented with ten thousand hells,
In being depriv’d of everlasting bliss?
O Faustus! leave these frivolous demands,
Which strike a terror to my fainting soul.

I agree. The ads are almost an embarrassment...

Aren't they the ones who had the ad of GIs surrendering in the mud...

Sean Hannity commented today that, because the Dems have to base their entire campaign on lies, they are a party loosing their soul.

Same thing you said, but different.

One of them that really burns me shows Bush at the third debate, saying "I don't think I really said I don't worry about bin Laden", then cuts to a March 18, 2002 press conference where he says "You know, I just don't spend that much time on him" then abruptly cuts off the rest of the sound bite. Here is the entire exchange, if anyone is interested in the truth:

Q Mr. President, in your speeches now you rarely talk or mention Osama bin Laden. Why is that? Also, can you tell the American people if you have any more information, if you know if he is dead or alive? Final part -- deep in your heart, don't you truly believe that until you find out if he is dead or alive, you won't really eliminate the threat of --

THE PRESIDENT: Deep in my heart I know the man is on the run, if he's alive at all. Who knows if he's hiding in some cave or not; we haven't heard from him in a long time. And the idea of focusing on one person is -- really indicates to me people don't understand the scope of the mission.

Terror is bigger than one person. And he's just -- he's a person who's now been marginalized. His network, his host government has been destroyed. He's the ultimate parasite who found weakness, exploited it, and met his match. He is -- as I mentioned in my speech, I do mention the fact that this is a fellow who is willing to commit youngsters to their death and he, himself, tries to hide -- if, in fact, he's hiding at all.

So I don't know where he is. You know, I just don't spend that much time on him, Kelly, to be honest with you. I'm more worried about making sure that our soldiers are well-supplied; that the strategy is clear; that the coalition is strong; that when we find enemy bunched up like we did in Shahikot Mountains, that the military has all the support it needs to go in and do the job, which they did.

And there will be other battles in Afghanistan. There's going to be other struggles like Shahikot, and I'm just as confident about the outcome of those future battles as I was about Shahikot, where our soldiers are performing brilliantly. We're tough, we're strong, they're well-equipped. We have a good strategy. We are showing the world we know how to fight a guerrilla war with conventional means.

God bless you, Ivan. You always have an appropriate literary response!

I just saw this ad. It cuts off the part of the press conference where he says that bin Laden isn't in control of his organization and is on the run.

The cut-off of that part is very clumsy. Anyone who sees it will know there is more after the phrase they show.

Karen Hughes on now saying that Theresa is saying moms don't work and is trying to drive a wedge between career women and stay-at-home moms. This ought to be good for a day or so of discussion. Excellent!

Lying is a Dem trait -- it is past the part of spinning. Bush has been telling the TRUTH about Kerry or didn't you notice? But then you just signed up in September. I swear that for every honest person signing up, we have at least 10 dishonest types from the Dems that post some of the strangest things trying to make us believe they are conservative while getting in their digs at Republicans.

We have a Senate race in OK that the Dem is one on of the biggest liars I have ever witnessed in politics -- takes right after Kerry/Edwards and is a friend of the Clintons.

Only Dems say both sides do it and a fair analysis points to Dems lying in their campaign commercials day after day -- clintonites touch campaign commercials and that's what you get -- lies!

You don't even have to take Kerry out of context -- just use his own words and the flip flops are everywhere with the lies.
