.
I heard it. Guess the Skerry camp is worried about the "Bush Democrats". Sooner or later, those Bush Democrats are going to change their flag for good, just like I did!
That's why he asked, "Can I get me a hunting license here?" at the Ohio store. Yep, John Kerry is just an uneducated hick, when he thinks he's surrounded by uneducated hicks.
The guy is a total phony, but you knew that.
Here in PA the late Governor Bob Casey's son (Bob Jr., the auditor general) is shilling for Kerry. His pro-life dad must be turning in his grave.
We heard him at the Bush rally a couple weeks ago in Cuyahoga Falls - very powerful speech, invoked Zell, spoke from the same kind of perspective as Zell. Needless to say, he was very well received. :)
His whole campaign seems to have been one looooonnnngg photo op. There is no way I could describe the depths of just how sick I am of that man and his silky pony running mate.
sKerry isn't taking time off, not 2 weeks away from election day. Ohio poll numbers for them must stink to high heaven.
I don't agree with him about Kerry coming to town he wants to get out the vote...Bush is coming to Jacksonville Fl.Saturday and it will be over 60% Bush on election day...
you gotta look at it this way:
the dems... still DON'T like us, or even Bush.
the mainstream dems are TERRIFIED of the end of our nation if Kerry gets elected. They don't LOVE Rush, or W, or the idea of 'one man one woman' marriages. They don't want to end abortion on demand.... they just don't want us all to die of a biological war we lost because dumbass john wants to have conjugal relationships with france, germany and the terrorist nations of the planet...
Hence their vote for W is almost an "anybody but john f-king kerry".
Democrats like lieberman and koch and now this mayor from youngstown... are not ever going to be conservatives... but they ARE the vestigal leftovers of a once great american party...
and as far to the right of john kerry as these 'moderates' appear to sound or speak... they are miles to the left of what the republican and conservative movement is at its core.
the radicalized version of the 'allegedly' hijacked democrat party, has left these men behind and abandoned what used to be the democrat party's core principles. We are witnessing the destruction of the democrat party. They got nowhere else to go...
and they are having to face reality regarding conservatives that they have disdained for YEARS on talk radio. Calling Rush, "Mr. Limbaugh" is part of that new reality... they probably cannot believe they are doing what they have HAD to do... to save their 'bacon'. They almost cannot even say "Mr. Limbaugh" without cringing.
This is good for them... and their disciples who are abandoning the leftie fringers who now have firm grasp of the party they once loved.
and good to hear they are waking up...
Yes,but not the kind for the rich kids unless he wants a body shampoo & happy ending....not sure they'd show JF'inK walking into a place like that :)
By the way,my parents are from Youngstown and are absolutely beside themselves that this Mayor would endorse Bush.I have been trying to tell my parents also that the Democratic party is not what it once was. They rely only on crap like Cbs,Abc,nightline etc....to educate themselves in politics so they are very skewed.
The way I see it, they want all the world to be just alike... And if they can't have that, then they are going to throw a temper tantrum again...
I liked it when the Mayor said that if skerry shot a crow or a chicken that Dan Rather would be right there to verify that it was a duck LOL
Sure hope Kerry is in trouble in Ohio.
This definitely spells trouble for sKerry in Ohio. The mayor said he has received many calls from Democrats that feel the same way he does.
bttt
I think most people have the troop ribbons on instead of Bush/Cheney stickers to protect their cars from vandalism.
I hear ya. Friends in the socialist Republic of Iowa City, IA regularly get eggs thrown at their house because they have a Bush/ Cheney sign.
He is actually visiting Ohio that usually delivers to Republicans - I don't think that a Republican has won without Ohio ... ever(?)
I didn't write clearly, I meant that the mayor said the Youngstown area usually votes 70% Democrat...not the state of Ohio as a whole. The mayor found it very odd Kerry would be returning specifically to Youngstown, which *should* be a waste of Kerry's time in these last two weeks.
