Best game of the postseason (even though I watched only an inning. ....after the Yankee/Red Sox game ended).

Odds for a Sox-Stros WS just dropped from 1000-1 to 3-1...

What's that now? 22 wins in last 23 home games?

I had a "feeling" they were gonna do it as the 9th started, but all I expected from Kent was a clean single to score Beltran. Man, I love it when they walk Berkman to get to Kent! WooHoo!

2 amazing games, and MNF is great, too.

St. Louis had only given up 2 hits in 8 and 1/3rd innings until the winning homer.

How sweet would it be to see Clemens pitch against the Yankees. Go 'stros!

BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! I don't hate the Astros. I like 'em but I would rather have the Cardinals win! Which is really strange cause I'm a die hard Cubs fan! Anyway, as long as NNY loose, I don't care!

Not necessarily. Pitching matchup favors the Cards for game 6, and a Clemens win is NOT a sure thing for game 7. He's struggled ever since he got the flu last game of the reg. season.

The ultimate GOP-ulcer inducing nail-biter would be a Red Sox-Astros series, with all the Dems talking about Kerry making a comeback equal to what would be the greatest comeback in baseball playoff series(1st 0-3 comeback), and the 'stros having significant pitching holes. The media would play it up as Kerry v. Bush, and yabber on about trading Sammy Sosa.

Kent's the biggest pr|ck in baseball, but I'm always happy to see the Cards lose.

Agreed. And despite what people think, he would be welcomed by the NY fans. Probably get a standing 'O' from them when he walks on the field the first time.

I'm crying with excitement right now.

My Houston baseball rots go back to my grandfathers pickuyp games with the Houston Buffalos.

I wish He and my mothe could be here to see this.

I'll have my rainbow jersey on for them the rest of the way.
