New York's "Ryan/Chelsea-Clinton Community Health Center." So when did this happen? A new scam for the Clintons. They are now in to Health Centers. You can bet your bottom dollar that the taxpayers are getting soaked for this and somehow Chelsea is making alot of money on this "non-profit" Health Center. By the way who is Ryan and what only his first name?
