You can bet your bottom dollar that the taxpayers are getting soaked for this and somehow Chelsea is making alot of money on this "non-profit" Health Center. Not to burst your funny bubble, but Chelsea and Clinton are adjacent neighborhoods in Manhattan. Clinton used to be called Hell's Kitchen, but in the process of being gentrified, chose a more gentile name. Not sure about the Ryan...
