Hillary Blasts Bush on Vaccine Shortage

The problem these days though is that each year a newer an more resistant strain mutates, therefore any immunity you may have built up in previous years won't protect you. But by the same token, I don't get the shot simply because I've known too many people who have gotten the vaccine and gotten the flu in spite of it (or maybe because of it?)

My understanding is that new strains evolve around the RNA "cores" of the old strains. So if enough of the original RNA "core" is left, and if you've been infected with a previous strain, you can have at least partial immunity to a new strain. (Sometimes of course the mutations are so complete that the body doesn't recognize the new strain at all.)

First, let me say that I am a female. With regards to future presidential runs: IMO - and I could be wrong - Hillary will have a very hard time running for Prez. In this world, women are expected to "keep up appearances" and Hillary has let her looks go to hell in an hand-basket. Of course, like other Dems we know, she could resort to cosmetic surgery and botox. We Freepers know she actually has absolutely no redeeming qualities and is not presidential material, so I am talking about her appearance to the general public who doesn't keep up with her actual accomplishments (or lack thereof).

I'm guessing the Dems think that by being "the smartest woman in the world", folks will overlook "old crusty" and that awful hair-do. Also, NOBODY likes a woman who shreiks - which Hill does better than any woman I know. Let's remember the "likability" factor as well. She just doesn't have it. All Hillary has (besides BIG money behind her and unscrupulous character) is her sociopathic "I am better than everyone else" attitude.

I actually think she thinks the Presidency should be handed to her on a silver platter just because she is "HILLARY!'
