[This is only available now in hard copy, and I cannot post but a few of the critical paragraphs.]
WASHINGTON -- A new revelation by National Right to Life is timed to hurt John Kerry's standing with Catholic voters like Larry Arceneaux.
Arceneneaux is a dyed-in-the-wool southern Democrat from Houma, La., who represents a vote that Kerry has seen slip from his grasp: the Catholic Democrat.
When he heard National Right to Life's revelation that the top partial-birth abortion moneymakers were contributors to Kerry's campaign, Arceneaux was saddened by not surpriesed.
The abortion issue was one of many that forced him to change the way he is voting this year.
"I simply came to the realization that it was impossible for me to vote for someone that is for abortion," said Arceneaux, a retired mechanical contractor. "I'm still a Democrat, but I'm ashamed of my party. My party has let me down. I haven't switched because I want them to know that this Democrat is not voting for them."

[Continued after skipping several paragraphs to Page 7, and down a couple of paragraphs]
Under Federal Election Commission records, [NRTL legislative Director Douglas] Johnson discovered that abortionists Martin Haskell, George Tiller, and Warren Hern have contritued to Kerry's campaign. Haskell owns three abortion businesses in Ohio; Tiller operates one in Wichita, Kan.; and Hern is the owner and director of the Boulder Abortion Clinic. Election commission records reval that Haskell donated $2,000, Tiller donated $1,000, and Hern donated $4,000.
Individuals can donate up to $4,000 to a federal candidate -- $2,000 for the primary and $2,000 for the general election.

[Further in the article] Three recent surveys have shown Catholic voters are trending toward President George W Bush, a United Methodist, in increasing numbers.
Note that George Tiller (whose last name rhymns with "Killer") performs extremely late term abortions.
I wish I could post all the article.
Email the editor for permission or get them to post the article on the website:

Finally, note that Douglas Johnson is with National Right to Life (NRTL) as the Legislative Director.
Not sure if this is Front Page News, but when there is an article about Democrats leaving Kerry in Mass Numbers, I think it is worthy.
Abortion is a good reason not to bote for Kerry, but lets not foeget he turned on his fellow soldiers, he spoent 19 years in the Senate without sponsoring any major legislation , he supports communists, , he lies through his teeth, he has an ugly wife and I havent seen his dog but I bet its ugly too.
LOL
Suppose the law was that abortion was legal only for liberals.
What would that mean to the electoral demographics in a generation or so?
How is that different than what's happening now?
Will the libs ever figure it out?
It was hilarious to see Sean Hannity pin Terry McAuliffe down on the night of the last debate. He asked him, "Name one piece of major legislation that John Kerry introduced in the past 20 years in the Senate". McAuliffe sputtered, stammered, and came up empty -- muttered something about small business. It was obvious to anyone watching that broadcast that John Kerry hasn't done a damned thing in the past 20 years for Massachusetts -- or this country. He's a waste of skin, an empty suit, a bloviating caricature of a man...

I love it! I'm a Democrat...have been all my life and you've just about summed up my main reasons for not voting for that Rat Kerry. Of course they're the same reasons I didn't vote for Gore or Clinton either.
Lets welcome Larry to the party. The only party who will stand up and protect ALL life. Not just the ones outside the womb.
There are Catholic groups putting out voter information to the point that Abortion, Euthanasia, Stem Cell research, and other life issues are that Catholics must not vote for candidates who support abortion, euthanasia, etc.
I believe there are either 60 million Catholics in the United States or 60 million Catholic voters. Regardless, if there is a trend moving away from Kerry by a part of the population that numbers in the tens of millions, then a tight race favors Bush.
It's against parental notification of minors getting abortions.
None of this protects life and none of this strengthens families.
Kerry basically accused fathers of raping and impregnating their daughters. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP!! GO BACK AND REWATCH THE 2nd Presidential DEBATE IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME!!
My friend is a Assembly of God, evangical who has always voted RAT, she is in a ditther because of the homosexual marriage issue, not the abortion issue.
When I asked her if Jesus would vote for sKerry, she sheepishly said NO.
But Larry's point of not changing to the Republicans is that he wants the polling numbers to show alot of Democrats voting for Bush. I imagine after the election, he will change his stance.
But he gets a chance in December to vote again -- the US Senate race will probably go to a runoff with a December election. So he could switch then, and help put a Republican in the Senate for Louisiana.
There will be one more race after November 2, please remember.
The Islamists have a lot of catching up to do if they're going to match the Democrats, speaking strictly from a slaughtering innocents standpoint.
It's sad but abortion rights are like the Holy Grail to the Democratic Party. Those who seek to advance to the higher echelons of power within that organization need not apply if they don't support unlimited choice.
His dogs got fleas and are dumb as dirt.
John
There is no way one can claim to be a Catholic and support, fund, or in anyway actively support abortion, or support abortion by pretending to be "neutral".
There is no neutral position on this matter. Catholicism teaches life begins at Conception... "In your mothers womb I knew they, I knitted the". It is not gray, it is black and white. It also teaches that life is a sacred and precious gift from God. There is no middle ground, no neutrality here. Abortion in Catholicism is MURDER, period, no if ands or buts.
Supporting it, or refusing to work to end it by play the "pass" card, are not acceptable. THere is no difference in Catholicism between abortion and murdering a person of any age post birth. To argue, "I wouldn't do it, but I won't legislate that others can't" is hogwash in the Catholic faith... that is the same saying "I wouldn't murder a 22 year old, but I wouldn't legislate that others can't".
There is absolutely NO WAY one can defend or respect or acknolege the pro murder position of abortion and claim that they are Catholic, it is impossible. Sorry, Mr. Kerry, there are no nuances here.
The sanctity of Human Life is important in the Catholic Church.
Kerry lied about his vote during the second debate, he said it did not include an exception for the life of the mother. This is a favorite 'rat lie, on CBS radio news they said the same thing about Clinton's veto
of the ban on infantide (Patrick Moynhan's description).
About time. No wonder Democrats want to muzzle the Church.
