Callers to the Jeff Wagner Radio show are reporting having received Absentee ballots WITHOUT having requested them over the weekend, and the are PREMARKED for John Kerry. The WTMJ news department is talking to these people and hopefully a followup story will come about.

being from the milwaukeee area, I can say I just heard the same thing on wagners show. It is not surprising to me in the least, why else would the city of milwaukee need 935,000 ballots when there are not even that many residents in the city, let alone voting age residents? In the last two elections, the number of votes cast was approx. 260-280,000, and since the 2000 election, the population of the city has gone down!! The only rational explanation for the Democratic Mayor needing more ballots is to account for fraud. Many of us will be volunteering as poll watchers, but the Dems have already hired a legion of lawyers to represent them at the polls. The only bright spot I can see in all this mess is that African American voters in the area seem less than inspired to vote for Comrade Kerry the Viet Con. The last mayoral election pitted the incumbent (by virtue of mayor norquists resignation) African American Mayor against a white former congressman. The white guy won, even though Milwaukee in a 'minority-majority' city. The main reason was he could not get out the African American vote. I only hope that an out of touch Mass. liberal white guy is even less able to motivate the African American base, than Mayor Marvin Pratt was.
You may be skeptical but almost the same thing happened here in south Texas. There was a recent election and the absentee ballots were pre marked. I'll see if I can find the article which wasn't online.
I hope you are correct. We will see Dem voter fraud like never before. There are 6 threads reporting fraud today alone:)

Thanks for sending me on a wild goose chase. NONE of your links reference where it has ever been OK for ballots to sent by political parties or compaign committees. Next time provide a quote to support your contention and don't just post a bunch of links.

I do volunteer work in a charter school with a black majority student population. I talk with other volunteer mothers, and none of them are voting for Kerry, (these are black women, supposedly a lock). They hate him.
"Early" voting will lead to "often" voting. People can come back to their polling place every day until the election and as a former Clinton aide said on FOX yesterday; "attempt to vote". So what if they voted today? They can attempt to vote again tommorow and when they are refused they can run to the camera to claim they were disenfranchised. The cameras aren't allowed inside to interview a polling worker, who is barred by law to reveal who has voted.
Milwaukee has 385,000 registered voters but there are over 600,000 ballots printed.
Canada votes the old-fashioned way as well. They get their results within hours.
I found a link for Texas so you all can see that this does happen. This is almost identical except this happened during the primaries. Also, this case was assigned to the Texas Rangers.

We are required to sign our name to the roster. Is that not the practice everywhere?
Your profile doesn't show where you live, but in my county, in Texas, this would not work. The early polling places are linked by computer to the court house and a label is printed that you must sign and paste in a book before you get a ballot. The computer will not allow you to vote again and by morning anyone in the county can find out who has voted so far.
It won't work in most places.

Actually, it's any registered voter in the same precinct who will vouch for you.
There's another side to this. I moved to St. Paul in June. I registered to vote when I applied for my driver's license. When I checked with Ramsey County, they didn't have any record of it. So I got a registration form and mailed it to them. Haven't gotten any sample ballot or anything from the county.
So, if necessary, I'll register at the polls and vote. I like having that option...just in case the County doesn't manage to get me registered.
