If she has tapes then he is done
If not then out of court settlement is more likely which is most likely what she wants in first place

"My logic in not going through the quote-unquote proper channels of Fox News' legal and Human Resources departments has been borne out in the retaliatory actions toward me since I came forward," Mackris said yesterday.

Bad move on her part.

O'Reilly has hired private security to sit in front of his tony Plandome home. "He doesn't want anyone on his property," a silver-haired guard said.

In other words, if you need to get in touch with Mr. O'Reilly, just give him a call on the, um, telephone. ;-)

What did she think would happen when she filed a $60,000,000.00 law suit against Fox? That they would throw her party?

I'm not an O'Rielly fan but I would imagine that he would like his life back too. As would his wife and children.

She also contends O'Reilly previously described his "amazing" endowment...

Ah! So that's why "Irish eyes are smilin'". Knew it was something like that...

What was that biblical saying about reaping what you sow?

2000

O'Reilly was a bachelor for his first 46 years – when he married public relations executive Maureen McPhilmy, now 34 – she is vice president of DWJ Television, a company that specializes in producing commercials. He was childless until the birth of his daughter, Madeline, 20 months ago.

In 1995, at forty-six, he married Maureen McPhilmy, who worked for a video-production company. They now have two small children.

In an explicit lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Mackris claims that O'Reilly subjected her to phone sex against her wishes on three separate occasions in August and September.

If Mackris did indeed take the time to tape record the "phone sex" conversations with O'Reilly, how can she claim that she was subjected to it against her will? Did O'Reilly or somebody else prevent her from hanging up the phone?

These type of extremely ambitious women do exist in the corporate workplace I have seen it with my own eyes, and they do get what they want more often than not.

Men are cowed into submission by the PC monster they have created in the media and the universities.

..."I love being a journalist. I never expected my life to take this acute left turn,"

First, I'm no BOR fan. Second, she should be fired just for stupidity. What did she think would happen when she demands $60,000,000 for what she alleges happened? Does anyone think the crime, if there is one, fits this demand? And I doubt if her version of things is entirely true. There's more to this than we're hearing. As always in these cases we only hear all the accusations by the alleged victim while the defendant must shut-up to best protect himself in court. It's obvious to me she is/was trying to extort a large sum of money from BOR/Fox.

I am waiting on other women to come forward if this is true. Otherwise, it is a non-story and an effort to get rich quick.

She came backfrom CNN to trap him. Nonetheless, he is an ignorant knee jerk liberal and he deserves everything bad that comes to him.

"I love being a journalist. I never expected my life to take this acute left turn," she told The News yesterday.

Oh, geez. Then why did you go get this democrat shyster for a lawyer who put the following in your filing?

11. At all times mentioned herein, Defendant Bill O'Reilly was and is the host and "star" of "The O'Reilly Factor". The "O'Reilly Factor" is broadcast on cable television ....(no viewable)... Westwood One and Bill O'Reilly utilize this forum to preach the principles of the so-called "compasionate conservatism" espoused by George W. Bush and the Republican Party. The Defendants also use this forum to preach their belief in family values and to emoan the moral decline of politicians and others in positions of power.

That's suspicious.

Does this mean O'Reilly is going to be coming out with some new Factor Gear. He could add an "adults only" line of Factor Crap. Talk about a no spin zone.

Watch her bank account. I'll bet that the goons at CNN put her up to it with a promise of big money down the road regardless of the trial outcome. That's why Roger Ailes name was brought up in her pathetic charges; smear them all....

If she wants her life back, she'd be wise not to air the tapes- if she has 'em. A little late to be wanting life back.

If her allegations are true, O'Reilly is a pervert.

If untrue, O'Reilly is the poorest judge of character on the planet and ought to be kicked off the air post haste.

Do you suppose if true the pictures of O'Reilly being booked as a sex offender will be spread across the net like his competitor Larry Kings booking for his own criminal acts?
