What I would give if this could be read over every broadcast station in America on election eve.

Pretty much to the point.
This is all about will. We have it or we don't. Too bad that the government skrewels have made the young Americans unable to read this essay.

I believe that 100 years from now historians will look back at the election of 2004 and see it as the decisive election of our century. Pretty well sums it up.

Has it ocurr to anyone else that the news media in this country, with the aid of the DNC, the ACLU and foreign governments and their press, are out to destroy the Untited States of America? The democrats spout lie after lie after lie about the President and his Administration. The ACLU works to tear even the mention of God from our daily lives. Foreign governments work to destroy the President's efforts to stop terrorism at its roots. Foreign press like the press in the US print lies, alter quotes to give a false impression, forge documents, produce proganda and news items. Each of these steps is designed to prevent the US from remaining the dominant power in the world today. Some of these efforts are driven by jealousy. Others by misdirected hatred due to their own failures. The examples could continue for pages, but I won't attempt to list them all now. Its just a point we need to consider. The only way the US can really be defeated is from within and with the aid of foreign governments and their press, the ACLU and the democrats are working to that end. They want a country built not on its strength of character and personal abilities and initiative, but one built on goverment control of our lives. The communist governments of Europe learned that such government control does not move people forward, but on the contray, destroys personal efforts. We must stop this before its too late.

Welcome to FR. It has DEFINATELY occurred to us that we are fighting against many forces out to destroy us, many from within, and many from without. I don't know if you have been reading articles before you joined, but we know this.
My concerns are the people who don't search for the truth, who don't see articles such as this, who believe the MSM and the DNC and the ACLU, and who think it's really important that the world "likes" us, and who will vote for Kerry.

Excellent article! If we, in a spasm of frustration, turn out the current occupant of the White House, the message to the world and ourselves will be twofold. First, we will reject the notion that America can do big things. Once a nation that tamed a frontier, stood down the Nazis and stood upon the moon, we will announce to the world that bringing democracy to the Middle East is too big of a task for us. But more significantly, we will signal to future presidents that as voters, we are unwilling to tackle difficult challenges, preferring caution to boldness, embracing the mediocrity that has characterized other civilizations.
The defeat of President Bush will send a chilling message to future presidents who may need to make difficult, yet unpopular decisions.
