LOL Then she said she didn't enter the losing cookie recipe. It was part of a VRWC to make her look bad.
LOL!

VICTORY IS SWEET FOR LAURA BUSH
http://www.nypost.com/news/nationalnews/31707.htm

October 12, 2004 -- It's Bush in a landslide!

No, not the election for the White House — the Family Circle cookie bakeoff pitting challenger Teresa Heinz Kerry against incumbent First Lady Laura Bush.

The results in the November issue out this week show 67 percent of the 16,999 votes were cast for Laura Bush's chocolate chunk cookie recipe, compared to 33 percent for Heinz Kerry's pumpkin spice cookies.

The contest wasn't lacking for controversy. Heinz Kerry triggered an uproar when she claimed she personally didn't like the pumpkin spice cookies.

"It's not mine, by the way," said Heinz Kerry in an interview on National Public Radio in late July. "No, it's — somebody in our office gave that recipe out.

"And, in fact, I think somebody really made it on purpose to give a nasty recipe. I never made pumpkin cookies. I don't like pumpkin spice cookies."

The thought of her being our First Lady makes me grimace. Thank God it won't happen.

My mom read this week that Mamma T's recipe came from a staffer and that she didn't like the cookies herself. Constitutes fraud, you aks me.

It was cancelled during the Klinton Administration because it was discovered that Hilary couldn't cook, and hates to go into the kitchen and bake cookies. She only likes cookies under the sheets.

Hubby hasn't been hunting in a while, and hasn't brought her any fresh game to prepare; cold-roasted, of course.

Where I come from, the word is that Theresa tossed her cookies.

Must be the gin.

Mama T doesn't need to find the kitchen. She has a chef to cook, and a butler to serve.

I will give one nice comment about Hillary. At least she was honest when she said she didn't just stay home and bake cookies.

Any meal those two prepared would give anyone chronic indigestion...

Could you imagine Mama T spending a week at Ted Nugent's ranch? That would be the greatest all time reality show, well that and Lurch on a Dating Reality show.
