The Muslim should look at themselves and ask why terrorism is allowed to hapen, like 9/11, Beslan, Madrid, Bali, etc and their role with the Nazis in World War II and after and alliance with the Soviet Union.

As Ramadan Begins, Many Say Sentiment Against Them Is Hardening
Ya Think?
To: milestogo
Many American Muslims believe that the U.S. government has contributed to the deepening of anti-Muslim sentiment by treating them more as foes than allies in the war against terrorism.
Right. Has nothing to do with the beheadings, suicide bombings, school massacres, 9/11, rocket attacks on pre-schoolers, etc.
To: milestogo
The see all this, but they cannot see the acts of Muslim extremists in the news almost daily, sawing off heads of innocent civilians on videos, shooting Russian school children in the back, etc. etc. dirtying the image of Muslims around the world.
Idiots.

I don't care. They need to do something themsleves. Churchill said years ago, there were the violent ones and the ones that did nothing about it. Still seems accurate to me.

Could it be that daily beheadings and car bombings of children by their co-religionists without condemnation by local muslims leads their neighbors to distrust?
Nah.....couldn't be....

At least Muslims aren't being terrorized by Christians the world-over. Too bad the opposite isn't true.

American Muslims believe that the U.S. government has contributed to the deepening of anti-Muslim sentiment by treating them more as foes than allies in the war against terrorism. Actually, the pro-US muslims are so rare that Americans get positively giddy when they find one. Try speaking up for your adopted country, try sending your sons down to the recruiting station and find out just how friendly Americans can be.

"The Los Angeles-based Muslims Public Affairs Council has expressed disappointment that no American Muslims were included in the drafting of the federal 9/11 Commission report..."And some of us are "disappointed" the President wasn't joking when he referred to Islam as a "Religion of Peace."

Echoing other Muslims, Magid said he fears that there is "some element in the [Bush] administration intent on dismantling Muslim organizations and bringing them down. . . . It's very disturbing." Sounds right encouraging to me. Git 'er done!
