O'Reilly is reaping what he sewed.
Disingenuousness is its own reward.
I read parts of the affidavits. I had this bizarre vision of him reading his "Carribean shower fantasy" as his "Talking Points."
That's like comparing a teenager shoplifting a six-pack to Willie Sutton.
They're doing it to influence the race, tarnish Fox News and destroy a man THEY perceive to be a conservative (which, I agree, is ludicrous). I don't buy O'Reilly's act any more than you do. This is an orchestrated smear, hatched in the halls of CNN, carried out by Kerry donors and left-wing surrogates. Another high-tech lynching.
If you're okay with that because you don't like the target, I hope you don't care for Limbaugh either, because he's next. Don't think for a second that his new girlfriend isn't going to have a sordid tale to tell very soon.
Hannity would be attacked before Brit probably, IMHO.
That would be true if her attorney were really, really stupid...
Indeed, keep powder dry and let adversary stew in own juices for abit --- and I think BOR and Ailes & Co have been doing some not inconsiderable self-basting for the last few days. Really if BOR did not say substantially what the complaint claims, there is obviously NO possibility of such having been taped. If so, he would have no worries at all. Likely truth here is that he did say much of what the complaint alleges, but does not know if any of it was recorded. And if no recordings, I think Mackris' complaint gets blown away.
And 60,000 K$ is way to much to ask for in this matter. But may have just been a ploy to get a reaction and thus expose this in the public arena.
