"the manual says the Republican Party and its candidates have repeatedly harassed and intimidated minority voters to reduce turnout among African-American and Hispanic voters."
this despite the fact that no one has ever been able to produce a single voter, minority or otherwise, who was harassed or intimidated from voting.

Man, those Republicans are an evil bunch.
</sarcasm>
If I'm a minority -- or even a caucasian who believes in equal justice for all -- just reading this article makes me double-certain to go out and vote straight-ticket "D" on Election Day.

If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet," the manual advises, "launch a pre-emptive strike My my, they have learned a twisted sort of Reaganomics. If there is no demand for investigations into corrupt voting practices then you must create out of thin air a supply .

Have Democrats presented one shred of Evidence that republicans are intimidated anyone concerning their vote, and a police investigation into voter Fraud doesn't count. They don't because these occurrences are inventions of their imagination not based in Fact..
The RNC however, can identify numerous occurrences of voter fraud and intimidation being perpetrated by the DNC on America all across the country. Shooting up offices and trespassing and violence against campaign offices and workers. intentional duplication and fraud concerning voter applications and absentee ballots. And the lists go on.
I know that the media leans left but you would think that at the very least, FOX might highlight some of this.

DNC spokeswoman Jano Cabrera said the manual was designed to fight voter intimidation by "exposing the dirty tricks when they happen, and helping educate local officials and activists about past Republican tactics so they can prevent them from occurring this year." Well, since Jano Cabrera is a spokesMAN (in addition to a huge liar), what are we to make of this "reporter"?!

This is the dems trying to generate cover - They're trying to insulate themselves, so that when we raise legitimate issues of vote fraud, they can dismiss it as racism.

I think at democrats.org it is there; look on the right side under "early vote".
To: sweetliberty
This is how they plan to cover the fraud.

Somebody posted a link to it yesterday. Sorry, but I'm working right now, or I'd search for it. Ping me in a couple hours if you don't find it.

"What's the advantage to a PDF format?" PDF is "Portable Document Format", which makes the data immediately transferable and viewable over the 'net.

With PDF, does that eliminate the need for coding such as HTML or Javascript?

The PDF link was to Drudge and its a dead link now. Here is a good image of the document. It was taken straight from the PDF link because I looked at both.
