I don't know if anyone saw or posted this earlier. Frankly, I am in tears.

Tears in my eyes, too. I'm sure many of us on FR will be praying for Loretta as well.
Thank you for a lovely read to start the morning.

Thanks for the great post! I needed that this morning... Just another amazing example of how fine this man really is. Why is it so hard for so many people to believe we actually have a moral, ethical and upstanding man in the white house. Thanks Bill!

That made me cry too. I knew our president was a good man, I didn't realize he was a great one.

Thank you for the post. How beautiful and peaceful. What a wonderful prayer embrace.
It makes it so much easier to pray for the man, knowing that he is a prayer warrior himself. I think our president begins his fights on his knees, praying.

I've read this before, but it doesn't lose its poignancy over time.
My husband sat and sobbed when he read it. Praise the Lord for this Godly President!

What a difference between the baby-killer and Bush the other night:
Kerry, in his I-am-Oz-the-great-and-powerful voice: I'm a Catholic, I was an altar boy, religion is important to me...
Bush: Uh, I pray a lot...
Guess who I think really does pray a lot.

What a wonderful story. I can believe it is true as my own Pastor is a friend of the President and his father. Everytime that he is in the White House he tells how humbled he is to be in the presence of George Bush. My Pastor is a great man in his own right and has been President of the So. Baptist Convention twice. My God answer out prayers to give this country another four years of this Godly man. I don't always agree with every thing that he has done, but his faithfulness to his God and his determination to keep us safe is enough for me.

I also meant to say that I would be a fool for Jesus any day and I am proud of my President that he feels that way too.
