I think you are reaching for an argument. I know who has worked here the longest, the same itme, or less time. I know what their job classifications are. I know what salaries they start both men and women at.

Do you? If not, then butt out.

"Butt out"?

In case you haven't noticed, this is not your living room and you are not dealing with your children or your husband. This is FreeRepublic and it's purpose is to have debate on issues, especially the falsehood of many Democrat talking points that are nothing but B.S.

If you can't tolerate having your statements challenged in debate, you really don't belong here.

If it is true that your company starts men and women with the same experience and qualifications at different salaries simply because of their gender and maintains that discrimination throughout it's work force, then your company is in violation of Federal law.

If that is the case, why are you just whining and playing the poor little female victim on an Internet Forum instead of filing charges against your company with the Feds?

"Poor me. I'm a female and I'm the victim of the evil male patriarchy. I can't complain or have Federal law applied because Federal law does not apply to utterly helpless females victims like me and to the other poor helpless female victims I work with. Boo Hoo Hoo...."

Your story does not pass the smell test.
