The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation -- even if none exists, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.
A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: "If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a 'pre-emptive strike.'"

The provocative Dem battle plan is to be distributed in dozens of states, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
One top DNC official confirmed the manual's authenticity, but claimed the notion of crying wolf on any voter intimidation is "absurd."
"We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people," the top DNC source explained.

As Hugh Hewitt says, "If it's not close, they can't cheat". Bush needs to be up by five points to have a prayer on Election Day. With precincts in Ohio already reporting voting rolls at 125% of population, the fix is definitely in.

You are insane. The reason the Dem behavoir is so disgraceful during this campaign is because Klintoon and Bore lowered the bar.
Clintoon committed perjury, covered up TWA Flight 800, kidnapped a child from a private citizen's home and probably murdered Ron Brown. Kerry at his worst would be ineffectual but I doubt any crimes would be committed on his watch.

I agree. there's even a couple grammar errors. If this is *all* Drudge has, then there's nothing there - unless his source comes forward, or more copies are presented from different sources.
I agree about the memo not looking legit. Not having looked at the rest of the document, the logos appear out of kelter (alignment) the rest of the text. The logos also cover up point 1. Note that it starts at point 2. I may not like the Democratic dirty tricks, but I hope we're not up to some of them as well......
The letterhead and body of the memo are cockeyed - seems a little TGTBT
Yes, quite possibly a fake. These types of things aren't usually put in print, especially with your logo all over it.
